Katerc' Lei Lodge and Service Apartelle — Hotel in Butuan

A family business own and managed by Mr. Ireneo Baldonado Gacho Jr.. Polite and kindly attendant for she even consider my WELL 125 Motorcycle to park inside the available Dormitory in the ground floor. Because Key is broken, tapped jumper so that it will start with Kick Start. Yes there is a Dormitory in the ground floor for students. I should recommend that this place is safe. There is a garage that fits for Three (3) Vans. One of Three parking is beside the building. This is an ideal Lodge of Four (4) person as a Group at a time. Its room equipped with a unit of Air Conditioner, double Two Gang electrical Outlet, Two double deck Bed, Four Blanket and Four Towel for bath. This is in 3rd Floor room 3A. In Third floor they have separate common Toilet, Shower, Mirror Toilet with Faucet for Men and Women. I would say that a room here is good and affordable for a group. They Follows protocol to mitigate the spread of covid-19. In my visit last Dec. 22, 2021, my finding that maybe the management should enhance: water quality is not potable maintenance of cleanliness...

My brother stayed there for a night and after he checked out, he noticed that his wallet was already gone and so he came back to recheck with my sister but still wala yung wallet. My sister interrogated the staff in the front desk because we believe na naiwan talaga sa room and after we checked the perimeter with the hope that maybe “nahulog lang.” The staffs’ response were very defensive and were inconsistent with the story told by my brother. My nephew rechecked again the area and to our surprise we saw the wallet empty. Naka ilan kaming balik sa lodge kasi we kept on complaining and interrogating and, really, even the staffs told different stories.
