This place is right on the main strip, but the garden sets it back fromthe noise. They do have WiFi and hot water, both are slightly hit or miss, but great overall. They ask you each day what and when you want breakfast, tapsilog here is the best thing! If you have a tour or need to be out by a certain time use the litte green doorbell by the reception desk to call them. 7 or 7:30 may be the same time for service without calling for them as we found out on a day we were in a rush but didn't know about the bell. Sprint network doesn't work on site, but if you go to the pizza place a block down it's steady. A/C in our room was back in a corner blocked by wall to the bathroom, so we had to stop the fan from oscillating to move the cold air through the space and keep the bathroom door always closed. It takes about 30 min to cool down the room from 80F. The room is well kept and beautiful compared to many we looked at. The pillows are huge, so I've been using my clothes as a makeshift pillow. The beds are pretty firm, but that's pretty standard from our experieces in Palawan. The only difficult thing for me about this place was the smell of the cleaner they use in the bathroom. It smells like a US truck stop bathroom, and it took three days before I didn't gag entering the room. There were two sets of outlets in the room that worked with most of our US devices as is. They ask, like many places in town, for shoes to be kept at the front, and they have a foot bath by the little shop up front if you are sandy. Towels were large and fluffy, and bug spray helps a lot when going down for breakfast. There is an atm in the middle of town at te municipal building, and it can be hardto break a 1,000P bill, so try to use bigger bills for dinner and hold onto small bills as much as possible. We loved it so much we extended our stay four days. The staff is really sweet and helpful, and we were so happy with the location. We spent hours researching places, and we definitely found the best...

There are garden, balcony, and gazebo where you can enjoy the outdoor fresh air. It's very clean, well-kept and they only accept enough number of occupants that they can handle so they don't overbook and compromise the quality of service.||2. Location - It's very convenient and accessible. It's close to the beach and many other stores and landmarks on the island. Close to the seafood market and nightlife.||3. Amiable staff - everyone is so nice, hospitable, respectful, and warm-hearted. They smile all the time and they're very approachable and open to feedback. They also have good relationships and strong connections with a lot of people on the island so feel free to ask for help if you need one. They connected me to the best Island Tour agency in El Nido with good service and delicious food.||4. Food is very enjoyable - It's very Filipino (if you really want to experience true Pinoy food) and everything tastes really good with a reasonable amount of price and serving. Read moreWe had a really bad experience at this hotel. The room was absolutely tiny with no proper window - just plastic slats. There was no wardrobe or safe and in the end we had to arrange to leave early. As soon as we requested an early check out it turned very nasty and they refused to give us breakfast. When we complained that this was silly as we had paid for that night they eventually said they would serve us an omelette and that was it. They told us they would give us a refund for the remaining three nights which was the hardest thing in the world to get. After they tried to force us to check out without a confirmation of the refund we refused to leave until despite saying we would get a full refund they only gave us a partial one. We had little choice but to leave and found a much better accommodation on the island.||Whilst we were in our room prior to leaving we heard them telling other guests about us and complaining about our expectations. I guess they didn't mind us hearing as they were speaking in English.||It was such a hostile environment I would not...
