I believe we stayed in one of the worst apartments this agency showed in booking .com especially for such price!!
It's really weird that they put every other flat's pictures in one advert and you're left not knowing which one of them you will get. Really really confusing and disturbing. They should stop doing this.
The flat itself was pretty spacy, but the empty area was not fully used, so it had this empty and cold atmosphere which didn't help. Personally, i think when you rent a flat you don't do it for a bed, a bathroom and a coffee maker. Other amenities are pretty important too. You need to feel comfortable in this place to be able to enjoy your evenings and leave with a good word they expect.
Everything was dusty and dirty. From the floor, sofa to the cups and cutlery. (Also, the cutlery drawer was a complete disaster. Not to mention it wasn't clean, we had 2 teaspoons, one knife and many forks as well as other things. BUT everything was thrown into one place. Good luck finding what you need) Teacups weren't well-washed even though there was a DISHWASHER. Weird right? The dining table was sticky as well. Just awful. We didn't even bother to walk barefoot inside. Also as you're sitting on the sofa you can feel the sand molecules rubbing against your skin. (We didn't go to the beach)
The bed squeaks every time you move. After all - the bathroom is pretty perfect, except there was no shelf in the shower so it was uncomfortable. We also had a washing machine but there were no detergent. Weird. But we were given 2 capsules for the dishwasher. Why????
They gave us branded towels and shower gel, but it didn't change everything else...
For what's worth we had a free underground parking spot, an elevator and a bicycle spot. Also everything is reachable within 10min radius with a bike (the sea, city centre..)
Otherwise the area was pretty good, clean and not crowded. (ul. Lokietka 51) The territory was fenced with a code and well maintained. Although gardeners started their job (as in cutting the grass) at almost 7.30 in the morning right by the windows, which was pretty upseting just as the repair works being done in the other flat. I refused to take a shower for a whole weekend or let my kids walk barefoot inside the apartment.
Ended up having to shower at Sopot Aquapark which although had public showers, they were still way better and cleaner than the shower in this place located in Monte Cassino.
The only good thing about it was the central location only a few meters away from the main high street.
It completely ruined our otherwise lovely holiday in Sopot.
Dom & Apartamenty do absolutely nothing when you report a problem to them, still waiting for the manager to call us back after a week we reported the issues and asked to speak to someone in charge asap (at this stage we have lost all hopes that they ever will).
If they had any kind of respect for their customers, they should be all over any issues reported to them immediately, being apologetic and offering some kind of compensation when things go wrong whereas they just have the attitude of a business that knows no matter how bad they treat their clientele, they will still get customers through the door due to how...

Zaczynajac od początku. 7 czerwca rano dokonałem rezerwacji apartamentu na czas 8-11.06.2022, dowiedziałem się, że mogę odebrać klucze następnego dnia już o 11(to był miły gest, bo normalnie doba hotelowa zaczynała się o 16). Jednak kiedy przyjechaliśmy po kilkugodzinnej podróży pani obsługująca mnie była wyraźnie niezadowolona, że chcę odebrać klucze wcześniej, z fochem wydała klucze wcześniej, informując, że w apartamencie jest akurat ich pracownik, który naprawia tv. Kiedy przyjechaliśmy już go nie było, zostawił za to niespuszczoną po sobie toaletę. :/
Na drzwiach naszego apartamentu była informacja natomiast o planowanym(!) wyłączeniu cieplej wody od 7 do 9 czerwca(do godzin popołudniowych). Nikt nas o tym nie poinformował, a jak zaznaczam nie była to awaria. Zgłosiłem to do obsługi, jednak bez odzewu. Nikt się nie odzywał przez kilka godzin z żadną propozycją rozwiązania problemu. Usłyszałem jedynie, ze to nie ich wina, oni obsługują ponad 300 apartamentów i tym podobne argumenty zupełnie ignorujące fakt, że dostarczają mi wadliwą usługę. I, że ich obowiązkiem jest być na bieżąco z możliwymi wyłączeniami(szczególnie, że było to planowe wyłączenie, a nie awaria). Zszokowało mnie to. Po piątym telefonie i już nerwowej reakcji otrzymaliśmy zwrot kosztów za pół doby, gdzie wody nie mieliśmy przez ponad dobę. Czułem, że muszę się prosić o coś, co jest...
