From the moment I arrived at Finda Hotel in Madinah, I was taken aback by how warm and welcoming the atmosphere was. Honestly, it felt like home from the start. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more perfect – it’s right in the heart of everything, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and visit key landmarks, especially the Masjid al-Nabawi.

But what really sets Finda Hotel apart is their customer service. I’ve stayed in some of the most luxurious hotels around the world, but nothing compares to the level of care and attentiveness I experienced here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort at all times, and it truly felt like they genuinely wanted to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Every request, no matter how small, was handled with a smile and with incredible professionalism.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The ambiance is peaceful, making it the perfect retreat after a busy day of sightseeing or prayer.

The only thing I like about it it’s cleaning. Staff they were excellent specially Mohammed Sapan he is very good to service and exceptional smiling guy I traveled 1240km from Al khobar to reach the hotel I requested them to give me a little late check out the staff did not help me out I need sleep and rest I paid 525 for staying from 12:30am to 3pm next day this is what they offer me While coming back I experienced a bad accident due to poor sleep and survived almost a fatal accident with my family There five stays hotels are only good in charging lavish price but these idoits don’t baby any sympathy for guest they had their special needs checkout time must be flexible don’t make it and show get out to guest they need rest before traveling again Due to there nonsense policy I can exp my permit to roza and driver again towards khobar and almost had had a bad accident alhumdillah survived this time but next time I will never chose a bad hotel like this one I will chose only that hotel that will provide flexibility in check in and check out and don’t put my life in danger The second issue I found. We had an incredible stay at Finda Hotel Madina, and I can’t recommend it highly enough, especially for families with allergy concerns.

I travelled with my two children who have multiple food allergies, and the support we received from the restaurant team was truly outstanding. The buffet was very accommodating, but what made the real difference was the care shown by Mohammed A. Rahman, the restaurant manager. He is honestly one in a million. Every morning, he took time out to personally walk us through the food, clearly explaining what was suitable and what to avoid. May Allah reward him for his kindness and attentiveness.

Chef Saliem was also incredible, he came over, asked exactly what we needed, and offered to prepare special meals just for us. His willingness to help and ensure the safety of my children meant so much.

What stood out throughout our stay was how every single member of staff went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. From reception to housekeeping to the restaurant team, the warmth and hospitality were sincere and consistent.
