Eco Friendly Lodge — Hotel in Sri Lanka

I stayed with 3 friends here. We arrived to this place because we booked a safari here, the family that work in the safari and owner of the place received us so kindly and helped us a lot. We stayed two nights in the family room because had aircon. The room was practically new, big and the shower works good 🙌🏻 has a beautiful garden and next to the place there is a forest full of animals. We ordered food for dinner, it was really good but a bit spicy. One of the brothers did the tour in yala and he was really good, a nice person who knows a lot about the place and the name of the animals. The only thing I didn’t like was the included breakfast that was local food that normally we eat it for lunch, like spicy fish, noodles, tea and bananas. ( If someone read it, I would like to have toasties with fried eggs and mix of fruits 👌🏻)

Super great value for money, rooms are very new with AC, plenty of space and are set in nice gardens. We had a fantastic safari with the owner that is highly recommended especially for the price. It's "Deshan Safari Udawalawa" on Google.

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts, this family-run lodge is an excellent choice. I was thoroughly impressed by how well-equipped it is, and the spacious rooms contribute to a very relaxing stay. The convenience of having the owner arrange meals is a huge plus.
