Furthermore, the toilets were smelly, and even the water had a foul odor, which added to the overall unpleasantness.||The dining experience was equally disappointing. Even though we placed our meal order an hour in advance, we still had to endure an additional 30-minute wait once seated. The quality of the food was shockingly subpar, with many items tasting stale as though they were reheated leftovers from previous days. Room is not clean (We found human hair on our bed which seems like they haven't cleaned them properly or rented for short term before we arrive)
Bathroom Locks are not working so we had to sing while inside the bathroom by preventing others come accidently. (We have booked 3 rooms)
Only 500 ml drinking water bottle supplied per person per day (no extra provided even after requesting). If you really wanted to stay there please bring your own water bottles.
Food served as buffet for dinner and breakfast. very low varieties of choices and they don't refill what ever finished.
Found human hair in my plate while eating the foods which seems like they don't care about the cleanliness.
We booked for Fullboard and At the end we were only guests there for lunch and they don't even have food menu to select (A la carte menu). The only option they given us was if you want rice and curry we can prepare or can make Fried Rice. We have asked if we can downgrade for Halfboard (As we consumed only dinner and breakfast and there is no any other guests available for lunch they don't have prepared anything) that will help. But they forced us we can't do that and forced us to eat that unhealthy foods.
Also in the bathroom hand shower is also not working in one room, and in the other room when hand shower is on there is another tap is working where all you get wet even you don't want.
Phones in the room is also not working. We need to call from our mobile to reach the front desk.
Wifi signals not available in the rooms, Even if barely found few signals it will...
