We choose this place because of good ratings and other known places are already sold out. But it was very disappointment. Rooms are very small. No room amnesties they ware mentioned in booking.com. no tea making facilities , no towel rack , only one towel provided for double rooms , only one big chair in the room , and one of our rooms even had not a trash bin. And worst thing is the bed of our room is very noisy... we cant wawe a finger in there without making a noice. So we have to pulled out the mattress on to floor to sleep.. the breakfast has no choice but string hoppers. That also not good... our room was second floor.. no elevators here. And none of the staff members came to that floor during our stay for two days.. we have to go to ground floor for all our needs. Parking was barely enough for three vehicles. WiFi is there but no signal to rooms. And the TV cannot watch because of bad positioning an it also not a cabe or satellite one. Air conditioning takes long time to produce cool air. We request bottled water as water in the bathroom is not drinkable. They charged Rs. 100/= for a bottle which Rs. 70/= MRP. My conclusion is these rooms worth less than Rs. 1000/= even they charged 25US$...
