A truly very warm welcome with a humble and gentle staff. They cared so much about us to please and welcome our needs. They added an extra bed although the bed was already big enough for us three family membrers. The room was so clean and absolutely nothing to complain about at all. We stayed here two times. Those are whole weekends (two nights). Old place (renovations ongoing) rooms are not so clean and small and staff not frendly and have to climbe 3rd or 4th stairs for rooms. But it is the best place someone can find in Kandy city if you not travelled for lesure. Have big parking area (which is very rare in hotels in Kandy) Located almost middle in the city. We ordered food from this hotel via Pick Me. We ordered two potions of Cream of Chicken soup and two potions of fish and chips. The quantity was appallingly meagre The soup was absolutely watery, mixed with a good supply of corn-flour. Please treat your customers decently.
