La Serene Resort — Hotel in Sri Lanka

We stayed at La Serene Resort for 4 days. The villa was very fine with a bathroom attached to every bedroom. Besides that there were a nice kitchen area with everything you need. Even a washing machine for your clothes. Also a big cozy area with couches and a rooftop. Very good facilities. But best of all is the host! Thishan was very very helpful with everything during our stay. He helped us rent scooters, he was willing to arrange sightseeing trips for us and so on. Unfortunately some from our group were involved in a car crash and were hospitalized. Thishan went to see them at the hospital, and even went with us on an hour drive away to the police station to help translate, and make sure that we were not screwed ower by the police, in the case of the accident. 5 stars from us! I stayed on this villa for 2 weeks and couldn’t ask for a better place! The rooms are big and equipped with a fan, table, AC, each room has its own bathroom.
