Mindana Residence — Hotel in Sri Lanka

We booked five rooms (101, 102, 103, 104, and 106), and all of them exceeded our expectations. Each room featured a small pantry area equipped with a sink and pantry cupboards, a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a small dining area with a table and chairs.

The bedrooms included a double bed and one or two single beds. All bedrooms were air-conditioned, while the living and pantry areas had ceiling fans. The bathrooms were very clean and came with towels and soap provided.

The owner and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful. When we had difficulty finding a three-wheeler or taxi, they kindly assisted and arranged transportation for us both in the evening and early morning.

The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed using it.

Had a good time here. We've been three friends and were offered a very big room with one double and one single bed. Also a very big living room and balcony. All very clean and new. Great air con! The hosts were very friendly, organized motor bikes for us as well as transport to our next destination. Breakfast was good, dinner ok but I'd prefer having dinner somewhere else. Mindana Residence is great place. Truly value for your money and great hospitality . I would like to recommended this place as one of the best in Anuradhapura area. We were four families and we had superb time out there. Beautiful rooms with clean and well organized . Living area give more time for family and relax. Bath room , cleanness and hot water are great.
