The rock villas — Hotel in Sri Lanka

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfectly located in a less bussy area but still with many great restaurants near by. The villas have all you need and are well planned and comfy - allthough, a bit torned in some places. We really enjoyed the pool and hangout area in the garden. But the biggest 5-star goes to our landlord and contact person at place. He was just lovely! He fixed the pool within hours when there had been a monsoon rain that overflowded (messed up) the pool, he gave us recommendations in the area, fixed a struggly AC and was just at hand when...

Insects in pool and washroom, dirty water in toilet, doors do not shut proper and very noisy outside with building works. I would not stay in this place again. This is self catering, If two couples per night you pay not for the villa but price per couple per night. This pricing is for hotels not self contained villa. This is a money grabbing venture in my opinion, if we had known charge is per couple per night we would have not...

Just ok. It's two villas in front of each other with one pool between them, not about privacy at all. Area is calm. Only monkeys, but they are living their own life. Cleaning isn't decent. Both doorocks are broken, as well as the gate lock. But it's a safe area, CCTV, nothing to worry about. AC and a fan in bedroom not functioning.
