Residence Inn by Marriott Al Jaddaf — Hotel in Dubai

Very nice Mariott Residence Inn. Real professional and friendly staff from the security to check-in, House keeping and restaurant ...basically at every service point.

Good choice of breakfast options and you also can request freshly cooked eggs and smoothies right at the open kitchen in the breakfast room.

Top points for hygiene as the staff gently remind and coax customers to keep masks on while getting their food and drink.

Access to the hotel can be tricky if you miss the signage directing you to the service lane as its not yet Updated on Maps however after a few misses and with the help of the security you will arrive.

If you are driving there is enough parking underground and above ground. Your car will need to be registered and the hotel will assign you a underground parking spot for the period you are staying. This I found to be quite helpful.

Hotel is about 10mins drive from DXB and quite close to all the major points of interest and Malls. Closest mall is the Dubai Festival City Mall while Emirates Mall is about 20+ mins away.

Apart from the hotels in the area there are no restaurants or sites of interest within walking distance but the hotel has a nice restaurant called Upside Terrace that serves up good food as well.

On sustainability I also give the hotel thumbs up as the in-room dining packs are made of recycled cardboard boxes and delivered in paper bags. As its a residence inn the in-room kitchenette is stocked with enough utensils to enjoy your delicious meal.

My first stay here and it was and absolute hit! I look forward to staying here again on my next trip. If you end up staying here be sure to look out for Malvern and Hamid...they made me feel...

One of the best hotel experiences we have had! The hotel is very new, very clean and really well maintained. The entire staff provided us with outstanding service throughout our 2 week trip. The front desk staff, security, restaurant servers, house keeping, they were all very helpful, accommodating, and pleasant to speak with!

I dealt directly with Ashish (front desk staff) to make the booking virtually and coordinate the stay as we had a large group and multiple rooms. He was extremely professional and always found ways to make things happen for us! Also big thank you to the rest of the front desk staff that was very helpful!

We hosted events in the hotel restaurant and were extremely well taken care of by Yasser, Malvern, and Pankaj! They went above and beyond to ensure our events were successful! The food was deliciously made by the chefs and kitchen staff as well.

The only thing that could be improved is the pool timings. They are currently 8am-8pm, however, in a hot city like Dubai it would be nice to have it 24/7 so you can dive in after sunset!
