Please do not waste your time entering this shop! We had a terrible experience and have been treated disgustingly by the staff in this shop. We purchased a table and chairs from them (paid in full) and agreed with the manager that we would collect them when we had finished decorating our home which they were fine with. When we were ready to collect, we contacted the store giving them 24 hours notice. We turned up on the day and I rung the store to confirm where their click and collect was. It was early evening and the member of staff on the phone said “you were told not to come after 5pm”, which I had not been told. He huffed and puffed and agreed to let us collect it. We parked by their loading bay and rang to say we had arrived. The man on the phone did not answer at first even though I had spoken to him only five minutes earlier. He finally answered and said “we’re just trying to locate your table, the warehouse staff have gone home.” We waited outside for more than 25 mins before I went inside to find out what was happening. They said they were struggling to find the table and chairs. The male member of staff was very flustered and dismissive almost like it was our fault? The female manager apologised and said they would deliver it free of charge the following Friday (this happened on a Saturday). So we agreed and left. They then waited FOUR DAYS to decide to call us and tell us that in actual fact they had sold the table to somebody else. The table we had already paid for and was therefore our property. This was two weeks before Christmas and we had decorated our dining room with the table as the centrepiece so it was all in keeping with that style. As you can imagine we were infuriated by this. All the lady offered was for us to choose a different table (but there was nothing suitable), or a refund. We were not compensated in any other way for what their sheer incompetence and downright unlawful conduct had caused. The lady on the phone was dismissive and didn’t seem sorry at all. Admittedly my husband did lose his temper with her over the phone however it is understandable given the circumstances and how we have been treated.They are committing fraud and theft because they have sold something which did not belong to them. We now have just over a week to find a new, suitable table in time for Christmas (this could have been longer if they had not waited four days to ring us!). It all seems very shady and nobody in there seems to know what they are doing. Definitely avoid...

Don’t be fooled by the lower priced furniture I purchased three dining chairs which me and the Persian sales assistant inspected and there wasn’t one single scratch or damage so I decided to go ahead and purchase them. Unfortunately I couldn’t collect them on the day and made an arrangement to collect them a couple of days later. They did offer to keep them for me for 4 weeks in order to decorate, but I chose to collect them a couple of days later. When I collected them I was totally shocked, every single chair had scratches on the legs and some scratches had gone through to the metal. When I mentioned to a colleague of the Persian man about how could this have happened, he wouldn’t even answer me and the Persian man wouldn’t admit that they were all perfect on the shop floor. I could tell I wouldn’t get anywhere with them and certainly not a refund. They made me feel like I just wanted to get away and I am now left with having to sand down the metal legs and respray them. Basically once they have your money they don’t care, the items are returns and some items have damage, but these didn’t. They weren’t wrapped as promised and it is clearly obvious they were just shoved in their warehouse and end up getting all these scratched on the legs. As I said before, don’t be fooled by getting these items slightly cheaper than Furniture Village. if you can immediately collect the item there and then go ahead, but if you are like me don’t bother unless you are happy to live with the extra damage that will be done whilst awaiting collection or delivery. When I went to collect the chairs I was going to place another order for a sofa and sideboard, but obviously didn’t bother, I dread to think what condition they would have turned...

Purchased today 4 blush padded dining chairs from the outlet in Kingston. In store experience was lovely, and very professional. Ross was on hand to help answer questions about the chairs and help me with my purchase. A big thank you!

Margot the manager kindly helped me complete my order and then with Adrian's help load it into our car.

The chairs are of good quality with a warranty which the manager fully explained. As it is an outlet store expect items to be good quality but on the occasion may have some wear and tear but I had no such issues.

The store its self is very spacious and clean, good variety of furniture and easy to navigate. I found the signage very easy to read.

On a budget, I have saved almost double what I would have paid full price eles where.

If it wasn't for the man with the megaphone I would not have discovered the shop so big thumbs up to you!!
