Wow, what an unforgettable experience! This was my very first time fishing, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction, especially in the breathtaking waters of Sitka, Alaska. From start to finish, the crew and family at Peril Sky Fishing Charters made me feel like part of their family.

The entire trip was nothing short of amazing. The crew’s expertise, patience, and warm hospitality turned what could have been nerve-wracking into pure fun. Rueben and RJ were incredible instructors, super knowledgeable, encouraging, and hilarious! They had me laughing and smiling the whole time, even as I nervously fumbled my first few casts.

And let’s not forget the food, Paul’s culinary skills are top-notch! The meals he prepared on board were absolutely delicious and added an extra layer of enjoyment to the trip.

There was no shortage of laughs, good times, and memorable moments. I left with a new love for fishing and a heart full of great memories. This trip exceeded all my expectations, and I can’t wait to come back.

Had an absolutely wonderful trip with these folks, highly recommend. Having run an outfitting business for 20 years, I’m keenly aware of the ins/outs and they aimed to please! Right from the start you could tell our guide enjoyed what he was doing and it was evident throughout the day. Very receptive to our desires, and though early season, delivered a huge mix bag of species and worked hard to make it happen, all with a great attitude. RJ and Shawn made this fishing charter a phenomenal experience! They have such down-to-earth personalities that make you feel like you’re fishing with old family friends. We caught King Salmon, Halibut and Rockfish and saw plenty of whales along the way. As part of the price, they cleaned our fish for us at the end of the trip.
