Well, we aren’t happy with the furniture. We visited the store and we test the couches we really like, It’s firm and good set. We ordered to have it delivered to our place. One of family members sat on one of the couches and suddenly several wheels breaking. We noticed the wheels aren’t that strong enough as it should be. It’s cheap kind plastic and it’s breakable. We contact them to have it fixed and was told they’ll give us a call. We haven’t heard from them.
Owner the stalker,
First of all, it would be appreciated if the owner respected customers and people’s boundaries. We were busy with our personal needs during the holidays, yet the owner coerced us to give them a 5 star rate. We didn’t have a chance to edit our comments. While we were busy, they were upset with my wife and pleaded to change from one to 5 stars. They were a bit pushy and didn’t have patiently. My wife didn’t appreciate that as she felt they kinda crossed the line.
Secondly, the owner delivered us a broken and used couch and it scratched the wooden floor. The owner didn’t offer to repair the damaged wooden floor or reduce the cost of the couch as an exchange for damaging the wooden floor. They did simple apologize, yet they were worried about their rate stars. There was no instruction provided such as written notes how to use the swivel chair properly so we figured it out at our own. Conclusion, we have the right to rate a business based how the businesses treats us. Some people in Bowie community don’t feel comfortable that the owner keep asking them to giving the business “the 5 stars” that is not realistic. It shows the business is not being honest with others. It’s important to be honest by customers regarding business and the owners need to listen and show respect to their comments. Accept feedback and correct the issues. Don’t be hypocritical about the 5 star rate. This shows that the owner is dishonest to our community...
Read moreUnfortunately I have to write this review In December we purchased a Queen size bed that was delivered to our new apartment, there were minor damages to the bed and it seemed smaller than a queen size bed, the bed is extremely uncomfortable and I’ve been back and forth to the furniture store since then, calling and stopping by only for Sam to continually tell me each time he would call me back on two days literally every time. The last time I saw Sam he stated her would exchange my bed for a bigger size and I would just pay the difference that was the end of February, I have left voicemails and messages still no call, I was told to come back when Sam was there, nothing……
I’m very hurt that he would do this to us knowing we saved up our money to get this bed, and unfortunately our oversized beanbags are more comfortable that this bed we spent over $1200 for if they make this right I’m willing to write a better review. Read moreWhen I brought this bed I asked the salesperson what was the return policy and he never gave me a straight answer. I end up getting sick in there so that was more of my focus, I should have took that as a sign. I called and spoke to someone couple days before my delivery to advise there was covid in the house and to ask about return policy. Sam told me there is no refund only exchange. What?! This place will scam u. I told him I wanted to cancel because I found something better and cheaper. He got smart with me, talked over me, etc. Long in the short the bed came with deliverers I know he did not warn about covid in the house because they didn't wear mask. This bed is the hardest bed I have ever lain eyes on and it hurt like hell. I already have health issues which is why I need this and yet they sold me what is equivalent to a lemon for a car.
