Sweet Home Stores - Furniture Store — Hotel in Clifton

Went to Sweet Home Furniture yesterday to purchase furniture for our new home and we had a great experience. You walk in and there are furniture on display. At first, the place looks small, but once you walk around you see a variety of merchandise (bedroom sets, sofas and love seats, sectionals, dining tables, rugs, coffee tables and some decor items). The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Sibel who helped us with all our questions. Also, the owner, Ismail, is a down to earth guy. At one point my wife and were indecisive and he came over to help us. He explained the different brands and showed us catalogs of furniture that he can order if we did not like anything in stock on display. In addition, Sweet Home offers financing options which is a major plus. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase; we got what we needed and we did not go over our budget! We highly recommend everyone check out Sweet Home before opting for Macys or Raymor where the prices are triple!!!

DO NOT GO THERE! The manager there Maria pretends to be that angel until she sells you something. After that she is rude and will never let you speak to explain anything. I literally had to raise my voice at her so she can let me speak which she didn’t and I had to hang up because as a customer I felt disrespected. When they get their money say bye to good customer service. If you are impressed ?by the 5 stars, she literally asked my brother to give her a review while at the store, and what would you expect from someone who wants to get the couches delivered on time and in good condition except to put five stars. Mind you, the delivery wasn’t complete, a couch was missing and was rescheduled for delivery a few days after the promised delivery day that we paid for.When the couches arrived there were scratches on the wood by the side so we asked for two of them to be replaced but she insisted it was only one we talked about, although the delivery guy took a picture of both to show it to her on the spot. We just moved to an apartment in Westchester and were in need of furniture. Driving out to Clifton, New Jersey was a distance but truly worth the travel and buy. The service was amazing, the products were of great quality and the actual designs, colors and fabrics were beautiful. The prices were very affordable and the best part is they work with you regarding payments. Maria was amazing and listen to our needs and delivered in every aspect! She was very experienced and very patient with us. Ismael the manager was very kind and very professional. He definitely is a person I would recommend to do business with and trust me you will not regret it!
