I couldn't have scripted a better matress buying experience. I walked in on a bit of a whim and was greeted by Luciano. He asked a couple of questions to familiarize himself with what I was specifically looking for. As any younger adult, I was a little more focused on ensuring my pockets got a better sleep but my perspective was quickly broadened.

I have scoliosis and the consequential constant lower back pain and pressure/tightness can make a day annoying and laying in bed not so satisfying. When I shared this with Luciano, his eyes lit up and the salesman receded while the fellow crooked-back tolerator emerged. He had me lay on the Stearn & Foster mattress with an adjustable base -- moved the bed to the money spot with absolute accuracy and precision and had my lower back flooooating. I have never... NEEEEVER had the much pressure off my spine (w/out some sort of discomfort i.e. inversion tables). I cursed him because he was swiftly increasing my matress budget by the second.

I am NOT an impulsive buyer by any means so I told him I'd have to take a few days to "think" about it. Luciano was completely understanding and provided me with more information in addition to the plethora already given. I honestly left with no questions unanswered, even the ones I didn't know I had. It took about two conversations with a friend to finally come up with ONE question that he readily answered when I returned to make my purchase.

There was a great deal of passion, understanding, and comfortability while interacting and shopping here at this Matress Firm. If I could give them more stars, I would. Without a doubt, they provide exceptional customer service and I can't wait for my matress to arrive.

P.S. This was all while my 2 y/o human was a terrorizing toddler to the highest degree. Chano didn't break...

Luciano provided great, detailed and friendly customer service! After 12 years I was finally looking for a new bed and had purchased recently the ghost bed in a box with adjustable frame from Costco that didn't work out unfortunately and then tried one of the new Sealy memory foam bed in a boxes that also didn't work out. When I went in to see Luciano I actually had no intention of purchasing a bed that day but wanted to gather information and see what I liked for a purchase later on. I explained to him that my previous bed was a firm Sealy posturepedic with a European pillow top but after three car accidents I seem to have pressure points in my hips and shoulders and that none of the other beds that I tried recently were working. I also let him know that I was a side sleeper majority of the time occasionally slept on my back. I have a lot of back pain so it was important that I find a good bed that didn't exaggerate those issues. Luciano immediately took me over to the Tempur-Pedic pro adapt hybrid in a medium and also showed me the Sealy version as well. He spent about an hour and a half with me discussing the benefits and the technology behind the tempurpedic and making sure not only that I was comfortable but addressing any and all questions I had and the science behind the material. Although $3,000 was a little high priced for a bed in my mind it was well worth the purchase and his service was excellent! Plus on the bright side they offer 36 months with 0% financing to soften the blow. I look forward to getting my bed delivered...

Andrew you as extremely helpful in the selection of our next mattress and the purchase of our daughter’s new mattress. Ron was a delight as well.

I originally went into the store to research mattresses as my husband is a troubled sleeper and we are coming due to replacing our current mattress. I had lots of questions and Andrew was friendly and attentive in answering them all. We determined our next purchase will be the Tempur-Pedic Pro-Adapt Hybrid (medium) with the cooling topper and Ergo power base. Unfortunately this model is a little out of our price range at the moment but as soon as we are ready to purchase we’ll be back to buy from Andrew.

We didn’t leave without a purchase as we ended up buying an upgraded mattress for our 8 year old daughter. We went with the By Sealy 10.5” medium Euro with a box spring and frame. We also added the Gold Service delivery. Which was delivered the next day (mother’s day), they were fast at bringing everything in, setting it up and removing the old mattress.

**Quick tip: if you have stains on the mattress they won’t take it but a solution of white vinegar, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda will eliminate stains with minimum effort. Just mix the solution in a spray bottle and saturate the stains. Blot with a towel after a few minutes and it will dry without stains.
