I came in to Home Gallery -Conyers location for the first time not knowing what to expect. I was impressed with multiple friendly greetings upon entering the store. Hamza was my primary salesman. He had a very attentive spirit about himself and was able to answer all my questions. If he didn't know the answer at that moment he would research it and have me an answer shortly after. I've been shopping for many years but I experienced my worst shopping experience ever at Home Gallery Furniture in Conyers, GA with Hamsa. I purchased a futon (Aug 31, 2023), which was the last one in the store. Had to reschedule delivery twice due to delayed house closing (not on my part). Called Hamsa on Oct 23, 2023 and he said he had sold the futon that I had already paid for. What legitimate business sells an item that has already been paid for? Hamzai was extremely helpful with going over the different finance options, and running numbers on different combinations of items for my husband and I. I asked lots of questions, but he was very patient. They have an amazing selection of furniture that is reasonably priced. I was looking for a luxury look at not so luxury prices, and they are perfect for that. We ended up getting a really nice sectional, 3 pc coffee table and side tables, and a very nice rug.
