I recommend you don’t stay here. I stayed here for 19 nights and should have moved after night one (that’s on me). Get to my room and unpacked. Living room tv doesn’t turn on. Message front desk. They take hours to reply (any time you message them). While waiting for them to reply I notice my ac isn’t working so I message them about that as well. They finally respond and say they will have someone up the next day to look at both issues. Get back the next day after working outside in the sun and heat all day and find my room is almost 80° inside. Find a note from maintenance that my ac unit is frozen so they have it turned off and they will stop by the next day to check it. Tuesday I go to work get back and my room is still almost 80°. Go to the front desk to find out what’s going on and the maintenance guy is there. Maintenance guy comes back to my room turns the unit on and it immediately freezes again. He also off handedly tells me he was in my room the day prior due to the tv and only checked my ac because it was warm in the room. Not because the front desk told him that my unit wasn’t working. They can’t move me to a new room since they are sold out so they bring me a swamp cooler. Which only helped when I sat with it blowing directly on me. Finally Thursday they tell me they can move me to a new room and if I pack up all my stuff they will move me while I’m at work the next day. Wake up early Friday get all my stuff packed up for them before going to work. Get back that night and sure as sh*t they didn’t move me. Get settled in to get some work done when there was a knock on my door. Someone came to “help” me move my stuff. Well now I’m being unconvinced so I told him to just give me my new room keys and I would move my own stuff. Sunday I go grocery shopping to replenish my food. Tuesday morning I get a water out of my fridge and it feels kind of warm. I think it’s just the temperature being higher then I’m used to so don’t think anything of it and lower the temperature down. Wednesday I wake up and everything in the fridge is warm and frozen food is completely thawed out. I just bought all new groceries. Contact front desk and let them know. Also advise them if I have to move rooms I’m switching hotels. Go to work come back and they switched out my fridge. I ask them what’s going to happen with all the food I lost. They tell me to make a list of all the food and they will replace it. Well that was a lie. So they tell me to buy my own groceries and they will reimburse my card on file. I tell them that’s not going to work since my card on file is my company card and I can’t use that to buy groceries. So in the end they take $50 off one night stay and 10k points. Again this isn’t a very good solution as the $50 goes back to my company and 10k points is the equivalent of a $25 gift card. I tell them that and they just sent another 10k points. I’ve filed a case directly with Marriott and I’m waiting to hear back from them. I went 5 days without ac and lost over $100 worth of groceries. Not acceptable at all. On top of this when I checked in I was told parking was $15. Okay not a problem. Get the bill to discover its $15 per day. The guy that checked me in on day one just decided to not mention those two words. Every other Marriott I have stayed at has waived the parking fee due to me staying there long term.

I checked in last night after my apartment flooded due to a fire across the hall. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my stay. Upon entering my room, I found it in an unacceptable condition, with the pull-out couch still extended and the room not properly cleaned. I immediately called the front desk to report the issue, but no one answered. I then went to the front desk in person, but no staff was present. I waited for 20 minutes, but no one returned. I had to leave to gather belongings from my apartment, as I would need to stay in the hotel for the next few days. When I returned, there was still no one at the front desk, and I was unable to address the state of my room. As a result, I had to wait until the morning to raise my concerns. In addition to the room not being cleaned, the door to my room was broken and had to be forced shut. When I finally spoke to the front desk woman about the broken door, she responded, ‘Well, yeah, I’m glad you’re not an older person because they would have a lot of trouble opening your door.’ This response was incredibly unprofessional, as she acknowledged they were aware of the issue but had done nothing to fix it. This morning, I continued trying to reach the front desk, but no one answered the phone. I walked over twice more, and both times, the staff was absent for at least 30 minutes. When they finally returned, there was a very strong smell of marijuana, which is highly inappropriate in a professional setting. When I attempted to explain my concerns to the woman at the front desk, she was extremely unprofessional, repeatedly interrupted me, and used inappropriate language in front of other guests. When I asked for a room change due to the issues with my door, she dismissively told me, ‘You can leave. Bye, see you later.’ While this behavior is concerning, it may be indicative of just the staff that was on duty at the time and not a reflection of the entire team. However, the lack of professionalism from this particular front desk employee is unacceptable, and I would still advise caution to anyone considering staying here. Don’t be fooled by the cheap price—you truly get what you pay for.

Arrived on 12/18, after a 14hrs drive all we wanted was a shower and rest. But unfortunately sink and tub didn’t drain, bed sheets were dirty. No housekeep for 4+days after repeatedly requested, even with supervisor Daisy. I was even asked at what time could they clean, I kept saying at noon we all would be out and would take the dog with us for housekeeping to be free to roam. Unfortunately room did not get cleaned till 12/24 and that was after we called them yet again. I was told the director of housekeeping would be heading to room in a few mins but nope, it was just a regular housekeeper that was not aware of what was going on. So I called and now I’m frustrated because I keep being told something different each time and wondering why I hadn’t receive housekeeping service when told, I’m thinking if there’s an issue with my card or something please let me know but nothing no communication at all. No even amongst themselves. Also, no elevators, kitchen had no dish bowls, no blender, but knowing they have guest coming in for vacation and longer than a week you would think they would at least keep one to borrow at the main desk. This should’ve been mentioned on welcoming email from Manager Matthew, especially coming for a long stay with multiple luggage. The last two days we had ton of issues with the wifi. Lastly, weed may be a thing/allowed in Colorado but wow multiple days we would wake around 3-4am to a strong smell coming from the vents, causing us headaches. What was very frustrating about this experience is that it was my family and fiancé first trip together, aside from that the build up came from the housekeeping supervisor walks in does not apologize or address us and goes straight to the back room. At least have the audacity to apologize. The manager stayed he would only comp for half of the night stay for 12/24. We check out on 12/26, no receipt was given. Finally arrive home from the long drive to check account to see they have broken down the charges with no explanation on what’s what and the next day is back to being fully charged with no comp on anything not even the 12/24. I have called loyalty Marriott as I am a Titanium Elite member and I was told as of 12/27 they were sending the property and email on this case. As of 12/28 far nothing, maybe it’s not a priority for them but I need answers this was an awful experience. When we had the feeling of switching over hotels we should have...
