I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, but my past stay will likely be my last. The rooms are generally clean and satisfactory. The amenities are decent for the price. The service from the front desk is generally lacking, especially when the elderly gentleman is manning the desk. While not always outright hateful, he is usually unpleasant at best. On my past two stays, there have been cockroaches. The first time I saw one, it was near the door and thought maybe it had just managed to get inside due to the rainy weather and didn't think much of it. It happens. But the last time, one came crawling from under the table at which I was eating dinner. When I went down to the desk to inform them that there was a roach in my room and would like to be moved, the elderly gentleman was at the desk. I told him there was a cockroach in my room and he rolled his eyes and asked if it had bitten me. I said no, and he asked what the big deal was then. After that, I decided I just wanted my money back and would stay somewhere else. Dealing with cockroaches is one thing, but dealing with rude service and getting insulted for wanting a clean room is another. They can eradicate the cockroaches easily enough, but not their horrible employee.

We stopped for the night and when I went to the bathroom the door knob was hanging loose, the door itself was off the hinges, there was no TP holder, the rod to hang clothes was bent, the microwave looked like it had been cleaned with muddy water, the whole room was dirty and the pillow cases were wrinkled like someone had already slept on them. Went back to the desk and got another room which was cleaner but not much. We were exhausted so we stayed that night but that's the last time that I'll ever stay there. Although it was too cold to swim, the pool was green.

I asked for an outside room. Because I didn't wanna have to unpack my car in a shady place. Instead, they put me on the inside and I had to unpack my whole car. When I got here within 2 minutes there was people asking me for drugs and all kinds of shit. All kinds of homeless people here the t. V didn't work for the first hour. They had to come and try to figure it out. They barely did. There is moldy food in the corner. The room is completely dirty everywhere. There are pictures there's toenails along the wall. Tub was completely disgusting.

This motel is falling apart. Garbage is strewn about the property. Inside the rooms, electrical hazards abound. The bed was uncomfortable and had some metal piece sticking out from underneath one edge that we could have easily scraped our leg on. Pillows were lumpy. All that could have been overlooked because after all you can deal with anything for a day or two. What we could not overlook was the rudeness of the man who said he was the general manager. After we got into our room I realized we only had two towels, three pillows on the king sized bed and one very thin blanket. I went to the front desk and waited while the "GM" checked in another guest. Once he was free I walked up to a snarling face who asked gruffly, "What do you need?"|I asked for the aforementioned items and was told "I don't have those up here."| I asked how we could et them and once again was told "I don't have those up here!" So we can't get them?" I asked.| A third "I don't have those here!"| By this time I had enough and left. When we returned to our room about 2 hours later we found two pillows tossed in the chair. This meant someone had come into our room where we had left our little dog. As far as I have been able to find out, this is not permissible unless there is some emergency. I was most concerned for the dog but also for all our personable belongs that where left out. I went up to the desk and I won't lie I was furious. To which I was told that because he was the GM he could go into any room he wanted to whenever he wanted. |Broken headboard, electrical plug covers are loose, basics like tissues are missing. The room locks are strange and open only about every 3rd time. The landscaping is a disaster, but the rosebushes are impressive. The pictures do not represent the property at all. The cups provided are more appropriate...

Hands down the worst place I have ever tried to stay. I say tried because my girls and I left in the middle of the night because we didn't feel comfortable. The security chain was broken on the door, the lock seemed questionable and well after midnight there was a man outside doing "business". We packed up and left before even going to sleep and drove the rest of the way home. Never paid for a room in my life I didn't stay in and I have stayed in some sketchy areas. Room was nasty, cigarette burns on the bed covers in a non-smoking room. We picked this place because the website said it was dog friendly. The night manager "allowed" us to stay with our dog only because when we reserved it, it was reserved with that promise. He said they only had four rooms that allowed dogs and the website saying they were dog friendly didn't mean you could actually bring a dog. Huh??? On top of everything else, when we first arrived, before we could even say we had a reservation or get close to the front desk, he loudly and aggressively informed us there were no first story rooms left. It's a two story hotel, who cares about getting a first floor unless they have a disability that makes walking a problem? Clearly we had no visible issues. And the icing on the cake was the place we booked and paid through messed up the payment and he wanted us to call them and fix it. While we were outside on the phone trying to do his job, he got it fixed! As we were on the phone outside, a very intoxicated man was wandering the parking lot. My best advice is to pick another hotel...

You get what you pay for. Live and learn. Spent one night for a ball tournament. The nice man at the desk was helpful and personable. First impression of the property alone was not great but hey, there's a waffle house attached to it. We don't plan on eating the free breakfast here. Our room and I assume it's probably every room smelled musty or of old smoke. Whatever that unwelcoming stank is. Glad I brought a space fan, room spray, and turned on the air conditioner while we were at the ball field day 1. It smelled a bit better when we got back. This place needs a serious deep clean. Bathroom door had months of nasty splatters on it. GROSS! Everything is just very old and really needs updating. Hot water to wash my face but would never drink it. None of us would consider taking a shower and I had to clean the toilet seat. Beds are ancient and not soft. Sheets were clean I guess. There's good bright lights on the parking lot so that's a positive but made me think of what kind of crazy is going on here to invest in that expense instead of upkeep. Single mom traveling with two young boys and extremely grateful it was quiet. We were very worried but we knew it was only one night. We stayed at the front of the property but I imagine other rooms towards the back could get rowdy. Bottom line, pay double if you can afford a better hotel. But if you can't, we did it and so can you if you need to. Personally, wouldn't stay again. The bar for an economy stay is low so your expectations should be too. Good luck &...
