Sleep Number — Hotel in Glendale Heights

Update: The bed is comfortable, but every few years, the air chamber needs to be replaced and it’s about $120. They say you have a 25 year warranty, but it’s for discounts. We also had a rip in the cover and they said it would be about $800 to replace!! It is not worth the cost of all the parts that wear and tear and need to be replaced!!

We ordered our bed and had two wait for a two week delivery date. We took our bed apart expecting delivery today between 9-12. During the delivery window, they called and said they can’t deliver for another WEEK!!! This is completely unacceptable. This is a very expensive product with horrible customer service. So disappointed in something we were originally so excited about. Now we have a few months of financing and for the first month we will be paying for a bed...

This happens to be our second purchase from the sleep number store. Our first purchase was a P5 mattress. We went for the ILE mattress this time for the thickness of the mattress. Looks great and feels great. Love Sleep Number mattresses for there number setting that you can’t don’t with any other mattress. Want to give a shout out to Gina and Brooke. Gina our sales rep from the Glendale Heights store is fabulous. She answered all of our questions and went out of her way to help us. Very disappointed !!! We waited 6 weeks for delivery . Received bed yesterday . Bed smells like old eggs. Was told not to put sheets on for an hour . 36 hours later whole room smells like eggs . Custoner service told me they have 30 days to replace this bed with another one .

I wanted the bed picked up today . No one can do that & they will swap it out on October 11 ,2021
