Read morePoor customer service, rude staff, dirty room, charged me twice and couldn’t put it back. There was no coffee for the coffee maker in the room, when I went and asked for some Lathan, a hotel staff member, said they were out but I could have coffee from the breakfast bar. I said your out in there can you make some more, he said no it’s too close to closing time. So no coffee in the room and you won’t make an exception and make more coffee in the breakfast bar. He said no, coffee in the room is not guaranteed. I said then why is there a coffee maker in the room if you don’t have coffee for them. He said he didn’t know if there were coffee makers in the room. I said yes there are, in every room, I’ve been coming here for years, always stay at this hotel. He said congratulations. I told him that he was rude and not to get a smart mouth with me and he rolled his eyes at me and scoffed. He said I don’t know, I just work here. I said you work here, I am a paying customer and this is how you speak to your guests? He said he didn’t have any coffee except the big Folgers container for the breakfast room and he couldn’t give that out. Then he walked away…just walked away and left! When I told management, they seemed unconcerned with the staff attitude. Well I will never be back! I paid $100 for that?? Never again! You have lost...
Read moreI don't like to share negative comments but this was not my greatest experience at an econo lodge hotel. Ive stayed at many others around the states and never been disappointed until this time. The room was dirty, had food crumbs on bed and in blankets. Blankets had stains all over them and carpet had stains everywhere and not vacuumed at all. Looked like someone had thrown up next to dresser and no one cleaned it up in days. When we asked for clean Blankets we could here someone scream in background," It is clean I cleaned it myself", but the room shows different. There was a set of dirty sheets in cabinet just thrown in there. When we left the following morning to do our planned activities we returned to our room and nothing have been cleaned and the trash was not taken out. Nothing was done. Break fast serves old fruit to we're bananas were completely brown and started to rot. Orange juice holders was dusty and dirty. Crumbs were all over open utensils and no napkins insight. Coffee was out and other guest had to make new pots on their own and there other foods needed refills but no staff was ever around to check. We had to go out for breakfast. This place has a great location and much potential but it needs to be taken care of. And...
