I recently made a purchase at B&B Factory Outlets LLC, and while I was initially excited about their prices, my experience was frustrating due to poor customer service and lack of pricing transparency. I purchased a bed set, mattress, and box spring in cash, totaling $1,056, including delivery. The next day, I returned to purchase a dresser, mirror, nightstand, and chest through their 90-day same-as-cash financing. The agreed-upon price was $1,200 ($650 for the chest and $550 for the dresser, mirror, and nightstand). However, when I checked my receipt, I saw I had been overcharged by $50, with the total listed as $1,250 instead. When I called to address this, I was given conflicting explanations—first, I was told the extra $50 was an additional delivery fee, but then I was told it was for “add-ons.” Neither explanation made sense because my receipt clearly states that delivery was already included. If delivery was truly an extra charge, it should have been itemized on the receipt, which it wasn’t. Instead of taking accountability, the representative tried to shift the blame onto me, insisting that I was informed about the extra charge, which was never discussed at any point during my purchase. I keep track of my finances carefully, and I know for a fact that no mention of an additional charge was made. This kind of dishonesty and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially when customers are spending their hard-earned money. If you decide to shop here, check your receipts carefully and be prepared to advocate for yourself because they will not do the right thing unless you catch their mistakes.

This is my first and last time shopping with this store. I purchased 2 dresser a week ago with my delivery date clearly stated on my receipt to be delivered 03/27/21 today is now Tuesday 03/30 still no dressers. I called the store later that Saturday evening to find out about my delivery and was told they forgot to scheduled me with the truck driver and will make sure I got it on Monday. Monday I called again to see what was going on since they never reached out to me. Once again! I was told they only have one dresser in stock and they will deliver the one later on that Monday evening. Today is Tuesday and still no dresser or customer service to called and talk to me about what’s going on... I’ve reach the point to where I’m no longer interested in these dressers and need my money back to take my business somewhere else where they valid...

Some shady people I won't ever.deal with again. We bought 4 appliances from them and 2 we're junk. The washer leaked a rediculous amount of water on the floor and the dryer didn't work at all. When they took out our old washer and dryer, they took the braided metal lines I bought with the previous set. We decided to buy a new washer and dryer because we're tired of these companies telling us how good theirs are just to find out they are junk. So when I went back to them to return the junk appliances they will only give us store credit instead of our money back and the lines he said unless we tell them not to change them they take the old.ones...so it's my fault??. The water lines have absolutely nothing to do with the warranty. And the store may have been there but...
