Terrible salesmen. They don’t tell you you’re stuck with the base and they don’t tell you they’re going to charge you $265 to come back and get the bed when you realize the bed is junk . when you sit down to finance they rush you through the paperwork, they don’t explain anything. The bed felt nothing like the one we laid in at the store. They came out and found a cracked Airline and aired the mattress up as tight as it would go for a week and a half before they came back out to fix it. Then the mattress was not reacting to the settings we put it on you had to do it two or three times before the bed would react to it. the bed with would almost be flat every morning when you get up. The app is not accurate at all. Customer service when you call in is horrible. You have to talk to four or five people before you actually get anything accomplished. And if you call the store back, you just get 100 excuses well you should’ve done this and well you should’ve done that is all you get when you talk to the salesmen after the purchase. And by all means don’t get upset. Don’t say a few cuss words because they will cuss you back. Overall experience was horrible. We sent the bed back. I would not waste your time or moon. I would not buy this mattress there’s no way in hell it’s going to last 15 years. We had ours a week and a half and they had to replace a cracked air hose and they had ordered a new pump that they said was causing the issue with the phones and not reacting. Horrible,...

Boy, have things changed! She was such a likable person it was fun just being around her. No pressure, no effort to upsell to something we didn't want. Gave us time to talk to each other.
