Super 8 by Wyndham Marysville — Hotel in Marysville

I had a great experience Aliesha, the front desk lady was absolutely amazing understanding and patient with my and my daughter ❤️. She was always so kind caring and had a smile on her face that was cencear. The only thing I didn't like was the skinny little white woman, didn't get her name but she had short colored hair up to about her jawline ish area. I used the hotel room to ask for soaps and lotion and said I would need a fee due to my long thick hair and 3 people in my room. I told her I was fine with coming to the front desk and would be up in 10 to 15 minutes. As soon as she answered the phone she huroughed and gave me an attitude and told me I had to go to the office and pick it up, which was fine but the way she said with such aggression. Then when me and my 1 year old walked up to the office, the alarm rings letting her know I was in the office, she through something, couldn't see it but I assume her phone since she's normally on it, she huroughed me again and shoved the bag of lotions and soaps on the glass window and said " There " She seems to get pissed off and aggressive about doing her job. So I refused to go up to the desk while she was working. But other then her, the rooms were amazing, housing was absolutely patient and polite, customers we nice, very peaceful. Alshiea, was absolutely amazing I honestly could see her getting a raise soon or even see her being a GM there. She is the person everyone would want to see when they go to check in, out or late at night if you need an extra towels or soaps, and didn't through/shove them at you. She was my favorite!!! Bless her...

Diamomd Members Beware... Booked hotel for 7 days... only stayed a day and a half. Room was so noisy right next to the stairs every time someone used the stairs it sounded like they were stomping. Refrigerator didnt work at all. Heater decided to act up while it was freezing outside. When you flushed the toilet right before it finished filling up it made a super loud noise sounded like it was originating from down stairs. Decided on the second evening of our stay we wanted to check out and go to another hotel. When I went to the front desk to check out she said her computer wasnt working correctly and couldnt check us out until the next day but she would do that and only charge us $65 for the night since we checked out early.. well that didnt happen. Got charged a pet fee of $20 per night for 2 nights and we stayed one and a half days. Also got charged for 2 full nights and no discount. So for one and a half days we got charged $223.40. I asked for a discount at checkout and she said she would... havent seen it yet. This is how they treat a diamond member.......

If I could give zero stars I would! We were staying at the hotel while we were working security in the area and let me tell you, I would’ve rather slept outside on the ground, my friends and I probably wouldn’t haven’t gotten sick. To start things off the TV didn’t work, called the desk and we ended up having to fix it ourselves, the rooms were DAMP DAMP DAMP like wet floor damp. like to the point we woke up sick everyday. Faces swollen, nostrils clogged whole nine yards. On top of that they had no protein options for breakfast, their muffins and bagels were ROCK HARD and their danishes were MOLDED. How am I supposed to give my best to my job when a place we spent our hard earned dollars on can’t even give us an adequate place to sleep or get some sort of sustenance?? And to claim it’s OUR FAULT for not switching rooms when we had another room of the same crew WITH THE SAME PROBLEM?! Do better Wyndham and run me...
