The Staff was amazing. The men that put up the tubes. Bless their hearts. They work so hard to keep everything flowing smoothly. Their job must be so physically exhausting from the looks of it. I wish they would invest in a conveyor belt to help them with the tubes to put them upstairs. Besides that. The Sites were really nice. This is definitely NOT a family environment. So many people where on so many different kinds of drugs it was crazy to watch. I was definitely not okay with the staff not enforcing curfew. I even asked them up front about it and the young lady said they do not really enforce it. I drove 6 hours and unpacked. When it was getting late I was so exited to sleep from being exhausted from traveling just to find out people blast their music until 5 am. What happened to common courtesy. We barley got 3 hours of sleep. Went to the river all day, which was a interesting time, just to come back to the camp site hoping to relax again, but nope. Everyone is blasting music around us. I definitely won’t make this a regular thing. Maybe if they would at least enforce curfew so people could get rest to be able to enjoy their time without being exhausted would be one thing. Also, the people in the houses next to us would go between the fences on our campsite with their dog and walk through our camp site around 10:30 at night. That was extremely frustrating because it’s dark and you don’t know if these kids will take things that don’t belong to them....

My friends and I recently stayed at Mountain Breeze and had an amazing time! We stayed at site 28, and had river access directly from our campsite, so it was nice to be able to walk right in. They had a live band on Saturday night from College Station which was a lot of fun!

The restrooms were a little hard to navigate as there was no private changing area when you came out of the shower. I had to take a shower and then wrap a towel around me and go into a restroom stall to put my clothes on.

Also, our breaker kept tripping throughout the night and we couldn't figure out why. We were a 6 person site and only powering 2 fans inside our tent. When people started packing up and leaving on Sunday, we noticed that other campers around us had portable AC units cooling their tents. THIS CAMPGROUND DOES NOT ALLOW PORTABLE AC UNITS ON THEIR TENT SITES! PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES AND DON'T BRING THEM BECAUSE IT TRIPS THEIR BREAKERS & CAUSES OTHER CAMPERS TO NOT HAVE ELECTRICITY! There is also a sign at the check in window, but I guess people don't pay attention.

Lastly, their staff was very helpful and fun! They kept the campground nice and clean and were constantly picking up trash to keep the animals away. We also enjoyed that they didn't have a specific check out time on the your day of departure. As long as another person isn't checking into your site, you can hang out and...

Overpriced for very little! This was not camping in my opinion, this was a huge party zone! Management - please be truthful and state the facts on your website so people can know what they are booking in advance. My campsite was by the water, tiny space roped off, people walking through your area to get to theirs, smelled liked trash, there was a group 10 feet away with concert sized large speakers who played music non-stop. Apparently, there are no quiet hours here, my friend left at 3:30am as we couldn't sleep, half of my group left in the morning, as there was no sleep as they (along with other campers) were allowed to play blaring loud music from 8pm, 10pm, 2am, 3am, on to 5am, even to 6:30am, so we were completely sleep deprived. The sheriff on staff did nothing, there was a fight, our men had to break it up, people were beyond drunk, there was drugs everywhere, and children were here! They charged per person per night, and for tubing. Very high price for very little. No nature, no peace and quiet, no enjoyment of camping, just a weekend of sleep deprivation. My group as well as others told management and they did not care. They did not listen to campers request for help and provided no refunds. I will never come back and certainly will not recommend...

Fun place to be but limited sleep! 😆 Quiet hours don’t start till 2am but they tell you that when you call. People bring huge speakers and blast music until that cutoff. Tent campsites are close together but it’s obvious where the spaces are which is nice and they all have two electric outlets and come with a trashcan and recycling. The numbers don’t quite make sense so look at the site map and walk to it before you grab all your stuff! You can’t park your car at the campsite and depending on where your site is you might have a little bit of a walk from where your car can go. Tube service was awesome! The cooler float has a bag for recycling! I’d suggest bringing some sort of cover for the float as the black rubber gets hot quickly and maybe a paddle for the shallow spots! River is slow right now it took us 7ish hours for a “5 hour float” Heads up tent sites don’t have water and most of them did not have fire pits. Ask before you book! We camped at site 10 and I was happy with how close the bathrooms were. There’s more than just the main bathhouse and seem well kept. The showers are small and for us there was no hot water.

Fantastic. Amazing. Absolutely the best place to stay on River Rd. Paul the owner has truly made a little peice of paradise. The campsites are clean and spacious, the cabins are perfect, the showers have steady hot water, the staff is super friendly and helpful. There is power at the tent sites for those that don't want to "rough" it. Mountain Breeze also has beautiful veiws of the hills and the river is a perfect depth for wading out into for any age. This year the river was barely flowing on our trip so we just jumped in our tubes at our campsite, the wind blew us up river and the current took us back down. This place is perfection.
