I was out looking for a new mattress and there are so may choices out there and price points, but was looking for a good quality mattress. I decided to also go check out Sleep Number at their Portsmouth location. I had the pleasure of working with Maggie. Maggie is very professional, and knows her products. She took the time and explained all of the futures and sized me to the correct bed. Maggie provided me with all of the options to be able to make an i formed decision. This is a great Sleep Number store. They have a sales process and series of questions which they ask to help steer you to one of their product lines. The process allows you to feel the diiference between the different beds. Maggie was a tremendous salesperson for me, she was patient and transparent on pricing and provided support after the sale. I waited two months for my bed to be made and delivered. The delivery team was excellent too. After sleeping on an inflatable mattress through the cold winter months here in Maine, I bought a queen size i8 and the associated bedding....and I love the whole system.
