The staff there was very kind and helpful as well as superbly friendly and I was pleased with the location of the hotel. The breakfast provided was excellent. The food tasted very good, the staff made sure that nothing ran out for the size of the crowd. Since I was late arriving to breakfast Saturday morning, I was especially happy that the staff did not start pulling the food early, even though the crowd had dwindled. I also noted that the staff was surprisingly prompt at cleaning any mess, so the whole area was clean and welcoming.
The room I had was very clean and I felt very comfortable there. The cleaning staff seemed to take care of even small details in cleaning. Very commendable. When I first walked into the room I noticed that it smelled clean (no offensive odors) and with the curtain open and a small light on, it gave the appearance that the room was set up and waiting just for me. The bathroom was clean, even in the corners and hard to see areas. The staff was excellent at taking care of any mess I had lying around without disturbing anything else. They were also very pleasant to speak with when I met them. They all seemed to be the kind of people I would enjoy sitting down with. I was pleased with the television selection and that it was easily visible from both the couch and the bed. I was also happy with the WiFi and Ethernet connections which were about 5Mbps. (Note: the cellular was 20Mbps) The bed was comfortable. I like that while it was a firm mattress, it was also soft. While it is difficult to please everyone, I felt that this was a good overall fit for all guests. Needless to say, I slept very well.
I would like to offer special thanks to three individuals who helped make my stay one of the best at a hotel. Those people are (never got last names) Mgr. Jeff, Cali and Matt. They had answers for all of my questions and always seemed to make time for me as well as the other guests. Cali was the first person that I met at the hotel and was a cherish to deal with. She took care of all of the details of my check-in (as well as check-out) in a very quick manner while also being personable (and always a smile and genuine kindness). Cali noted that I had traveled a considerable distance and made sure to put me in a room TWO levels above the football team that was going to be there later Friday evening. Consequently, I barely even knew the team was there... I had a very restful and...
