There isn't enough room to write everything wrong. Room was beyond Filthy. Absolutely disgusting. There was actual poop in the room. Front desk extremely rude. Tried to upsell my reservation to more expensive room. I was asked for my ATM PIN numbers, it was credit not debit. With PIN, they could steal from me, as credit they could not. I told them banks won't cover theft by PIN. They got all offended, and not the "I didn't know" kind. They called and told me to leave earlier than check out even though there had been no complaints nor issues from me. There was NO ONE else still checked in at ten am. Returned key deposit in quarters. Washrag with feces (poop) on it in closet, ashtrays dumped behind furniture, not my cigarettes, different brand and type. Empty picture frame on wall. Ground in dirt and spills on every surface. Soap scum was thick and slippery in tub. Light in bath hung so low I hit my head repeatedly on it. Towels stank. I will not return. Do not recommend. Unsafe area, blind alleys, mold, bugs, holes in sheets that were already so thin you could read through them. Bed had hair in it that was NOT mine. Linens were dirty. Ran out of toliet paper. Air and heat did not work properly, was up and down all night switching from ac to heat, there was no adjusting. This was business, I stay in A LOT of hotels, these units aren't that difficult to adjust, this one was. This room and hotel were absolutely disgusting. Entire experience was awful. I will not return, I will not recommend, I regret not leaving the instant I got there. But the motel has a no refund policy. I couldn't afford to pay for two rooms on the same night. There is no restaurant on site as advertised. The pool has been closed so long that it's used as storage. Says they accept pets, but only dogs, and only with a cash deposit and $10 a day extra charge. No free wi-fi. This place is falsely advertised. Deliberately misleading in its description. VERY UNSAFE, VERY DIRTY!! Do not go here. There is another hotel a few blocks away, $5 more a night, go there. The Royal Inn, instead. Safer and cleaner. I cannot emphasise this enough, GO ELSEWHERE!!!...

It was late and raining and we were desperatly looking for a place to settle in for the night and well I spotted the motel sign and we pulled up into the parking lot. We went into the office and well the window where you checked in was bullet proof and you could hardley see who you were doing buisness with. After getting the key we went up and carried all of our baggage up to the second floor. When we opened the door we were shocked. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and trust me we had to struggle to breath. The bathroom was nasty . The bath tub had dirt and bugs in it and the bathroom door was a closet door in which you could see through. This was very disturbing. The heating and cooling unit was the kind that you put in a window in a house. It practicly sat on the floor. It was also right up against the bed and it was so close to it that you cound not turn the dials on it. It was also a fire hazard. The TV cable ran along the wall of the motel and was painted over in which was another fire hazard. I don't think the TV even worked. We were so disgusted that we packed up our bags, took the key to the office without gett6ing a refund, and went on down the road. About a mile down we found another hotel in which was...

How can we place negative stars?This place was a COMPLETE DUMP! The rooms were insanely nasty. The heat did NOT work and switched rooms. The other heater worked for 30 mins and then was constantly blowing cold air! The door to the bathroom was falling off the hinges. There was a closet but NO WAY to hang anything. The bed was horrible. The gave the normal sheet and a ultra thin blanket. Had to purchase another warm blanket from Walmart to try and stay warm. They offered 2 crappie towels and no wash cloths. The shower literally took 45 mins for the water to warm up. 🤬 The main door was NOT sealed so you can feel the cold wind pushing around it. I don't know why they allowed dogs because the ones there CONSTANTLY BARKED all night. Once we left to check out...the office was soooo hot and I complained about the heat. They responded with.."Oh you could have called us and we could've let you use a space heater". Like seriously. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to any one. This hotel reminds me of a place that they'd rent by the hour. PLEASE do your homework and look at the reviews or leave a review so others don't get bamboozled like we did. This place...
