Rainforest & Ocean View inn at Hacienda Carabali — Hotel in Puerto Rico

Ok so this place is absolutely worth the trip up the hill and mountain side. The address isn't recognized by gps very well so I recommend putting in the address for the carabali adventure park and going up from there. The room we got had two floors with a cute loft! The view from the balcony is gorgeous, never seen anything like it. The pool was clean. The room was welcoming with a basket of flowers and bottled waters. Our room had a kitchenette stove range and microwave as well as coffee maker and utensils. The only thing is the air conditioning is old and though it cooled well, it was loud. The bathroom light comes on with the vent and it's also pretty loud. I found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful upon check-in and check-out. It was very quiet at all times and the nature you are surrounded by is breathtaking. The carabali adventure park has a wonderful restaurant to visit right down the road, best churrasco ever. I would recommend this...

Al realizar el check in tuve q esperar q las dos empleadas terminarán su conversación personal para q por fin me atendieran. Al entrar a las habitaciones una de ellas tenía un liqueo de agua en la bañera tan extremo q esa noche no se pudo dormir por el ruido, no se puede notificar en recepción ya q después de cierta hora no hay personal. En la mañana siguiente nos encontramos con una empleada de limpieza le explicamos la situación ya q a las 8:00am tampoco había personal en la oficina,ella nos contesta q eso no es problema de ella ,le pedí azúcar a ló q contestó q ella no podía entrar al cuarto,le digo q entonces a quien le pido ella me dice q es ella quien la entrega.Salimos del hotel cuando regresamos el liqueo continuaba nadie se había comunicado con nosotros,decidimos llamar a los teléfonos q ellos brindan ya q tampoco había nadie en la oficina,uno de los números q llame pertenece a las oficinas de Luma el otro no contestaban, decidí llamar nuevamente y alguien contesto si ningún tacto le expliqué nuevamente lo q está sucediendo y q nadie nos ha resuelto el problema a lo q me contesta ,dame un momento y colgó el teléfono. Voy a la oficina por fin hay alguien ahí, le pregunté si fué ella la q atendió la llamada dice q no, le expliqué nuevamente la situación a lo q ella también contesta q eso no es culpa de ella,en fin tienen personas trabajando en este lugar q no tienen la capacidad de bregar con el público ni la capacidad de resolver problemas. El personal es muy hostil. Al realizar el checkout q lo realize en una de las habitaciones ya q en recepción tampoco había nadie,me di cuenta q el personal q atiende la recepción es el mismo q atiende la limpieza.Por personal mal adiestrado como los q tienen aquí sus vacaciones se pueden convertir en una pesadilla y es por eso q los negocios hoy están y mañana ya no,tengan cuidado,hay mejores...

Finding this place was difficult. Once we found it they didn't give us the rooms we payed for, which is the ocean view rooms, that had a balcony, they gave us rooms with no view, and no tv, to watch, because they didn't pay the bill. Also the service sucks! We had to buy our own toilet paper. There is no microwave I'm in the rooms, or in the lobby, so be prepared to buy a lot of our door food. The only good thing I will say about this place, is that the view is just beautiful. That's the only reason I'm giving...
