Super 6 Inn and Suites — Hotel in Williamstown

1st of all this hotel also goes by Sunshine Hotel and has a complete different work up and pictures. Not sure why because neither of them was the name of the old hotel. Overall they are both the same HORRIBLE place. Just because you put up a shiny photo shopped picture isn’t going to sweep you away on your magic carpet to get your genie to fix this wreck! I Checked in (owner was rude) found out there was no pool (online says a pool) THEN found out there was no ice machine so we would have to take our bucket (SMALL bucket) to the convenience store to get some if we wanted any (and by the way, there is a heat wave hitting almost 100 and humid for at least 10 days so far -no pool or ice!) okay I go to the store & they said I was the 3rd one who has said this but no one from the hotel had ever talked to them about it and it’s just not true. I went back and told the guy, he got angry with me and kept mumbling well a couple guys said, a couple guys said. Whatever. I went to my stinky room with my food and drinks with no ice and figured the fridge would compensate for the ice at least a little! The fridge was broken!! Again, lots of attitude to do something about it but eventually 3 people came in and one groaned and grunted trying to unplug it while the other 2 watched. I tried to tell them I had things in the freezer but I couldn’t understand anything he said except yes yes. Well, I guess it should be no no because I never got my water back. Frustrated I just gave up and went to sleep. Couldn’t wait for the breakfast I read about so I woke up early to call to find it what time it started just to find out THEY HAVE NO BREAKFAST!!!!! I still have over 24 hours left. I can’t do much because, well 2 reasons: My sister got it for me as a birthday present (of course she went by the online amenities as well) and I’m kinda stuck here right now so if I confronted him I’d probably end up in jail!! Lmao jk but really lol. But for real if he said I don’t care, leave then I’d be sitting in the heat waiting on my car or ride and probably die of head exhaustion or I’d said shove it then cause I’m leaving if you don’t at least comp one night so if he wouldn’t I’d have to be ready to follow through and leave. Well, I’m sure there will be more to come as the day plays on! I’ve only been here like 14 hrs and have more than 24 to go!...

All and all you get what you pay for. The way I look at it most people are traveling through and need a wallet friendly place to nap. As long as you have a clean room and the staff are doing their jobs with a friendly attitude then you should have nothing to complain about. You cant expect the place to be in perfect condition when your getting the price you are paying. I have been at this spot a few times just to hang with my girl in the spa suite. If you don’t have the money to stay somewhere more comfortable then have at it. But this hotel is kinda filthy. Some of our towels had blood stains on it, others had tares in it and should’ve been thrown out. Cigarette burns on the curtains and sheets. You can feel the springs in the beds and you can hear them too. The air conditioner makes a loud obnoxious noise every few minutes. They definitely need to renovate the place. People hang out in front of the hotel and get drunk. It’s definitely not a place to stay if you have children. Only reason they’re getting any stars is because the staff is...
