I will start by saying the service staff was excellent. I am very happy with the staff but we had issues with the hotel itself. We've wanted to stay here for quite some time. The price is a bit steep. However, be aware that all the bookings here are for stand-alone villas. We've stayed at the Pullman next door several times. Also, an Accor hotel. We are Accor members and have stayed at many Accor accommodations around Vietnam. I was sadly disappointed with our stay at the Premier Village Da Nang. I had such high hopes since it was so much more costly and highly rated. We booked the smallest accommodation, a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool. The pool is not at all private. It is in the front of the villa. Viewable and accessible by anyone walking by. The Villa was quite spacious, and the rooms were on different floors. We had 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. We only used the master with the king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom had two twins and its own bathroom. AC unit control in each room separately. Balconies on each floor. The hot water does take a while to warm up. The pool gets littered with flowers rather quickly, but the cleaners do come to clean it in the morning. The kitchen was great, just remember to clean your dishes or you'll be charged. The pool bar was beautiful. We spent most of our time there. Negatives.. bring your own water and lots of it. It is so hard to buy or order water through the hotel. For this caliber of hotel, I expected it to be easier to order more water for the room. Wish the pool was actually private. Food is really not good here except for the one restaurant, Ca Chuon Co. Breakfast buffet skip. Food was mixed temperatures and not good. Room service open 24hrs but limited menu and no drink orders after 10pm even a coke. The pho bo is not good here don't get it. The bed is really stiff and hard. The pillows were super soft. Also the "deli" the onsite mini mart was not open during the hours posted. When we ordered room service, the reception desk could not transfer our call to room service. I called the extension 3 times until we got staff on the line. Overall, beautiful views of the ocean. Amazing staff and service. Easy access to the beach, beautiful grounds. But there were a few misses for the price.

We had a GREAT experience at Premier Village Danang. I was initially skeptical after reading some reviews. However, I thought our ocean access bungalow was just perfect. The pool was clean, we were perfectly located between Breakfast, and the beach and lunch restaurant. The buggy comes within minutes of calling. The bungalow was very clean and well maintained except that we saw a tiny dead cockroach on the last day. Honestly, the buggy made the stay perfect because the tiring part of staying at any beach resort was always the long walk from any point to any point. Even ordering grab food was easy because we could buggy to the main gate, pick up the food left there, and buggy back to the villa. Other points: - fried breakfast food was quite overfried -hashbrown, bacon etc. otherwise breakfast was decent. Vietnamese food was quite good, good spread of Korean dishes and continental breakfast foods. - while almost right at the beach, the beachfront was not private. The access point was a little walkway "guarded" by a security guard. Not sure how secure our backyards were... But we didn't have issues with theft. - the reception made clear the cleaning would be every other day, but it seemed the staff came everyday to pack up after us. - kids club was pretty barebones. I wouldn't pick this if a well run kids club was a priority. We only spent about 4 hours here in total. - Su Spa was really poor value. The massage was totally lacklustre, masseurs were inattentive (spent 10min in footbath before they came into the room, added the herbal footbath pill, and left us there for quite sure was more than 10 min. Asked what needed attention (I chose legs), then proceeded to spend maybe 5 mins of a 60 min massage on my legs while I'm lying on my back). Visit Forest massage just outside the hotel.

Myself and my family stayed here in May for 10 days. After reading all the other 5 star reviews I was slightly apprehensive as surely it can’t be that good but truly it was beyond expectations! From the moment we arrived the staff were incredible and welcomed myself and my family, showing us around our beautiful villa and the surrounding area. Jason our co-ordinator was incredible and truly made our stay that extra special! From the moment we met Jason he was fantastic with our family and made so much effort to ensure we had the best stay. Jason was in constant contact when needed, with help and advice and even decorated our villa with balloons and cake for our daughter’s 6th birthday. Thank you Jason you truly made our stay! As for the villa and surrounding areas, just perfection. The villa was beautiful and hats off to the cleaning staff as our villa was always spotlessly clean every day! With fresh water and towels daily which we weren’t expecting. The villa complex is immaculately kept, with staff tending to the villa and surrounding areas checking every detail is perfect. Our family particularly enjoyed the perk of being driven around the complex in buggies and the drivers of the buggies were always friendly and fun with the children and very helpful when asked about the surrounding areas, giving us advice and help when needed so a big thank you to them. Our stay at the premier village was an experience we won’t forget and it was truly down to the lovely friendly staff. The villa and complex is truly special and you definitely get what you pay for. We’d highly recommend and plan on visiting again.

We stayed in a beachfront villa with a private pool, and I honestly can’t imagine a better setup for both relaxation and fun. The villa is modern, big and tasteful , from the outdoor pool to the spacious living area and comfortable beds.

As a family traveling with a child, we were particularly impressed by how accommodating and welcoming the resort was for all age groups. Our child felt completely at ease and had plenty of space to play, swim, and enjoy the surroundings safely. Yet, at the same time, the atmosphere is serene and ideal for couples or families looking for peace and privacy. It strikes a rare balance that not many resorts manage to achieve.

The beach is wide, clean, and stunningly beautiful full of palm trees . It is never crowded, and the gentle waves and soft sand made it perfect for both play and quiet walks at sunset. Lounging under palm trees with a cocktail in hand, listening to the sea and the breeze — it was the definition of vacation bliss.

One of the standout features of Premier Village is the attention to detail in the landscaping and layout. Every path through the gardens is framed by lush greenery, fragrant flowers, and tall coconut trees that sway gently in the wind. Getting around the resort is easy with the electric buggies, but we often chose to walk just to soak in the scenery.

The spa deserves special mention. I booked one treatments during our stay, and were incredibly relaxing and professionally delivered. The ambiance of the spa is soothing, with calming music, herbal teas, and a staff that clearly understands how to help guests unwind.

Dining was another highlight. The breakfast buffet was generous, with both Western and Asian options, fresh tropical fruits, pastries, juices, made-to-order eggs, Vietnamese dishes, and quality coffee. We enjoyed dinners at the restaurant Ca chuon co as well and lunch at Nautica, and each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Room service was also prompt and of the same high standard.

What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was the level of service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Whether we needed help with transportation, special dietary requests, or just directions around the resort, the assistance always came with a warm smile.

Housekeeping kept our villa spotless throughout the stay and complimentary bottled water and Nespresso coffee capsule added to the feeling of being pampered. There’s a personal touch in everything Premier Village offers, and that’s what sets it apart from other luxury resorts.

Another advantage is the location. Though the resort feels like a secluded hideaway, it’s actually just a short ride from central Da Nang. We were able to explore the city, visit the Marble Mountains, and take a trip to Ba Na Hills — all easily accessible while still returning to the peace and calm of the resort at the end of the day.If would not have been attractions to visit in and around Da Nang we never left the resort.

We stayed for ten nights, and if we could have extended, we absolutely would have. Time passed slowly in the best possible way. Mornings by the pool, afternoons at the beach, sunset walks on the beach, and evenings with good food … every day felt full and meaningful.

Premier Village Da Nang is more than just a resort — it’s a complete experience that caters to your soul, body, and mind. Whether you’re looking to reconnect with your loved ones, escape the rush of everyday life in busy towns or simply treat yourself to beauty and serenity, this place is everything you could wish for. Thanks to...

Our family just spent five wonderful days at Premium Village, Danang. Overall, we loved our stay ! What We Liked: • Excellent Location: Convenient access to the airport, restaurants, and shopping, yet peaceful once inside the resort. • Direct Beach Access: Can easily reach the sea and sand of the famous My Khe Beach. Although the water a bit yellow and wavy • Free Bicycle Service: We appreciated the complimentary bicycles for up to two hours, which made exploring the site a joy! • Beautiful landscape: featuring lush trees and well-kept lawns that create a serene and inviting atmosphere for leisurely strolls around the site. The Christmas decorations were beautiful, adding a festive touch that enhanced our holiday experience • Stunning Pool: The 45-meter pool by the beach was a highlight for our family. • Well-Equipped Gym: Great facilities for staying active. • Friendly Staff: The staff greeted us with smiles every time we passed by, making us feel welcome. Haint at the front gate is very friendly with a sunny smile. • Personal Assistant: Our assistant, Alex, was great—friendly, polite and helpful. He was responsive to our communications. He also provided excellent restaurant recommendations. • Ample Bottled Water: Daily free bottled water and a fridge stocked with soft drinks and beer on arrival were great touches. • Comfortable Rooms: Spacious, quiet rooms with comfortable down quilts ensured a good night’s sleep. • Spacious Bathroom: The bathroom was large, with no mold spots, making our stay very pleasant. • Pest-Free Environment: We encountered no pests or mosquitoes during our stay. Imperfections: • Smell: Upon entering the villa, we noticed a slight damp smell, which could be improved for a fresher welcome • Noise: There was some engine noise from the basement, but the staff promptly addressed it. The air conditioning in the room could be more quiet • Laundry Issues: No washing machine available, and laundry services were pricey. A clothes line or rack for swimwear and wet clothes would be beneficial. • Kitchen Supplies: The kitchen could have been better equipped—no mugs for drinking, and no dish rack for washed dishes. The non-stick frying pan was scratched and burnt. It was replaced after we mentioned it. However, they couldn’t provide an appropriate spatula. It would be nice to have a toaster and coffee maker. • Pillow Comfort: Pillows were a bit too soft for our preference —more options like memory foam would be great. • Bathroom facilities: The bathtub was a bit dirty upon arrival. The body soap and shampoo felt more like dishwashing liquid and could be of better quality. The hair dryer not very user friendly. It would overheat and needed time to cool down. • Lighting: A suggestion for improved lighting on the way to the front door at night would enhance safety. Overall, despite a few minor imperfections, our stay was delightful, and we would definitely recommend Premium Village for a relaxing...

Overall, the resort was excellent, and we had a very enjoyable stay, particularly the kids who loved the villa with the private pool. A highlight was the complimentary bicycles available at the kids’ club, which we thoroughly enjoyed using around the resort.

However, we did encounter a few issues, primarily with a front desk colleague, Ms. Uyen Dang. At check-in, we were informed that the standard check-in time was 3 PM as per the resort policy. Despite having pre-checked in via the Accor app and informing the staff of our expected arrival before 12 PM, we were told that we could not check in earlier. When I returned to the reception at 1 PM, another colleague was incredibly helpful, immediately arranging the villa and apologizing for the wait. He also mentioned that, as a Heartist member, we should not have had to wait, as villas were available for early check-in.

Additionally, I requested a late check-out due to a flight delay, but Ms. Uyen Dang declined, stating that the standard check-out time is 12 PM, and anything beyond that would incur additional charges. She also provided the following late check-out fees:

2 PM: VND 1,730,000 3 PM: VND 2,130,000 4 PM: VND 2,830,000 She added that if we opted for late check-out, we would be offered a car to the airport. However, when I approached other staff members in the evening, they immediately granted a late check-out until 1:30 PM without any extra charges after confirming I am a Heartist member.

Overall, I felt Ms. Uyen Dang was not as accommodating and flexible as the other staff. Her interactions seemed more focused on upselling services, which didn’t align with the Heartist culture. She was also not very friendly during our conversations, which was disappointing given the level of service we received from others.

Another point to mention is the limited food and beverage offerings within the resort. Lemongrass Restaurant is only open for breakfast, the pool bar operates only during lunch, and the other restaurant closes at 9:30 PM for dinner. As a result, we chose to dine outside the resort for most of our meals, which seemed to be a common choice for other guests as well.

Despite these issues, we had a relaxing stay that met our needs. However, the negative experiences with Ms. Uyen Dang did leave a bit of an impact on our overall perception...
