We stayed in a beachfront villa with a private pool, and I honestly can’t imagine a better setup for both relaxation and fun. The villa is modern, big and tasteful , from the outdoor pool to the spacious living area and comfortable beds.
As a family traveling with a child, we were particularly impressed by how accommodating and welcoming the resort was for all age groups. Our child felt completely at ease and had plenty of space to play, swim, and enjoy the surroundings safely. Yet, at the same time, the atmosphere is serene and ideal for couples or families looking for peace and privacy. It strikes a rare balance that not many resorts manage to achieve.
The beach is wide, clean, and stunningly beautiful full of palm trees . It is never crowded, and the gentle waves and soft sand made it perfect for both play and quiet walks at sunset. Lounging under palm trees with a cocktail in hand, listening to the sea and the breeze — it was the definition of vacation bliss.
One of the standout features of Premier Village is the attention to detail in the landscaping and layout. Every path through the gardens is framed by lush greenery, fragrant flowers, and tall coconut trees that sway gently in the wind. Getting around the resort is easy with the electric buggies, but we often chose to walk just to soak in the scenery.
The spa deserves special mention. I booked one treatments during our stay, and were incredibly relaxing and professionally delivered. The ambiance of the spa is soothing, with calming music, herbal teas, and a staff that clearly understands how to help guests unwind.
Dining was another highlight. The breakfast buffet was generous, with both Western and Asian options, fresh tropical fruits, pastries, juices, made-to-order eggs, Vietnamese dishes, and quality coffee. We enjoyed dinners at the restaurant Ca chuon co as well and lunch at Nautica, and each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Room service was also prompt and of the same high standard.
What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was the level of service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Whether we needed help with transportation, special dietary requests, or just directions around the resort, the assistance always came with a warm smile.
Housekeeping kept our villa spotless throughout the stay and complimentary bottled water and Nespresso coffee capsule added to the feeling of being pampered. There’s a personal touch in everything Premier Village offers, and that’s what sets it apart from other luxury resorts.
Another advantage is the location. Though the resort feels like a secluded hideaway, it’s actually just a short ride from central Da Nang. We were able to explore the city, visit the Marble Mountains, and take a trip to Ba Na Hills — all easily accessible while still returning to the peace and calm of the resort at the end of the day.If would not have been attractions to visit in and around Da Nang we never left the resort.
We stayed for ten nights, and if we could have extended, we absolutely would have. Time passed slowly in the best possible way. Mornings by the pool, afternoons at the beach, sunset walks on the beach, and evenings with good food … every day felt full and meaningful.
Premier Village Da Nang is more than just a resort — it’s a complete experience that caters to your soul, body, and mind. Whether you’re looking to reconnect with your loved ones, escape the rush of everyday life in busy towns or simply treat yourself to beauty and serenity, this place is everything you could wish for. Read moreOur family just spent five wonderful days at Premium Village, Danang. Overall, we loved our stay ! What We Liked: • Excellent Location: Convenient access to the airport, restaurants, and shopping, yet peaceful once inside the resort. • Direct Beach Access: Can easily reach the sea and sand of the famous My Khe Beach. Although the water a bit yellow and wavy • Free Bicycle Service: We appreciated the complimentary bicycles for up to two hours, which made exploring the site a joy! • Beautiful landscape: featuring lush trees and well-kept lawns that create a serene and inviting atmosphere for leisurely strolls around the site. The Christmas decorations were beautiful, adding a festive touch that enhanced our holiday experience • Stunning Pool: The 45-meter pool by the beach was a highlight for our family. • Well-Equipped Gym: Great facilities for staying active. • Friendly Staff: The staff greeted us with smiles every time we passed by, making us feel welcome. Haint at the front gate is very friendly with a sunny smile. • Personal Assistant: Our assistant, Alex, was great—friendly, polite and helpful. He was responsive to our communications. He also provided excellent restaurant recommendations. • Ample Bottled Water: Daily free bottled water and a fridge stocked with soft drinks and beer on arrival were great touches. • Comfortable Rooms: Spacious, quiet rooms with comfortable down quilts ensured a good night’s sleep. • Spacious Bathroom: The bathroom was large, with no mold spots, making our stay very pleasant. • Pest-Free Environment: We encountered no pests or mosquitoes during our stay. Imperfections: • Smell: Upon entering the villa, we noticed a slight damp smell, which could be improved for a fresher welcome • Noise: There was some engine noise from the basement, but the staff promptly addressed it. The air conditioning in the room could be more quiet • Laundry Issues: No washing machine available, and laundry services were pricey. A clothes line or rack for swimwear and wet clothes would be beneficial. • Kitchen Supplies: The kitchen could have been better equipped—no mugs for drinking, and no dish rack for washed dishes. The non-stick frying pan was scratched and burnt. It was replaced after we mentioned it. However, they couldn’t provide an appropriate spatula. It would be nice to have a toaster and coffee maker. • Pillow Comfort: Pillows were a bit too soft for our preference —more options like memory foam would be great. • Bathroom facilities: The bathtub was a bit dirty upon arrival. The body soap and shampoo felt more like dishwashing liquid and could be of better quality. The hair dryer not very user friendly. It would overheat and needed time to cool down. • Lighting: A suggestion for improved lighting on the way to the front door at night would enhance safety. Overall, despite a few minor imperfections, our stay was delightful, and we would definitely recommend Premium Village for a relaxing...
Read moreOverall, the resort was excellent, and we had a very enjoyable stay, particularly the kids who loved the villa with the private pool. A highlight was the complimentary bicycles available at the kids’ club, which we thoroughly enjoyed using around the resort.
However, we did encounter a few issues, primarily with a front desk colleague, Ms. Uyen Dang. At check-in, we were informed that the standard check-in time was 3 PM as per the resort policy. Despite having pre-checked in via the Accor app and informing the staff of our expected arrival before 12 PM, we were told that we could not check in earlier. When I returned to the reception at 1 PM, another colleague was incredibly helpful, immediately arranging the villa and apologizing for the wait. He also mentioned that, as a Heartist member, we should not have had to wait, as villas were available for early check-in.
Additionally, I requested a late check-out due to a flight delay, but Ms. Uyen Dang declined, stating that the standard check-out time is 12 PM, and anything beyond that would incur additional charges. She also provided the following late check-out fees:
2 PM: VND 1,730,000 3 PM: VND 2,130,000 4 PM: VND 2,830,000 She added that if we opted for late check-out, we would be offered a car to the airport. However, when I approached other staff members in the evening, they immediately granted a late check-out until 1:30 PM without any extra charges after confirming I am a Heartist member.
Overall, I felt Ms. Uyen Dang was not as accommodating and flexible as the other staff. Her interactions seemed more focused on upselling services, which didn’t align with the Heartist culture. She was also not very friendly during our conversations, which was disappointing given the level of service we received from others.
Another point to mention is the limited food and beverage offerings within the resort. Lemongrass Restaurant is only open for breakfast, the pool bar operates only during lunch, and the other restaurant closes at 9:30 PM for dinner. As a result, we chose to dine outside the resort for most of our meals, which seemed to be a common choice for other guests as well.
Despite these issues, we had a relaxing stay that met our needs. However, the negative experiences with Ms. Uyen Dang did leave a bit of an impact on our overall perception...
