HERA Hotel — Hotel in Da Lat City

The rooms were not clean, the room on the upper floor was acceptable, but the room below the G floor was dirty with stained bed sheet and musty smell. The room proof was super bad, literally you can hear everything between the room and floor. There was a chewing gum stick on the wall meant that the room was not properly cleaned between guests. Hot water was not consistent. Especially, after my stay I didn't write or plan to write any review but I didn't know why just now I received an email from booking.com thank me for reviewing the hotel with the rating of 10. However, I never write any review for this hotel. I don't know how the booking.com managed to get the review I didn't write which lead to me wonder whether there was something sketchy going on without me knowing and there was some breach of my privacy while I used booking.com or stay in this hotel. This thing never happen...

Pros:|1. Very good central location. Close to convenient store , coffe shop and near a vegetarian restaurant with yummy food. Walking distance to a Bakery that has delicious cookies & drinking yogurt. Vegatarian buffet and bus to Phan Thiet (An Phu Travel) are less than 10 mins away by bike. Walkable distance.|2. Nice shadow to walk to the Bakery|3. Spacious, green, relaxing rooftop restaurant.|4. Lovely Management team & staff. |5. Big windows, bright & clean room.|6. Pleasant and strong hot & cold shower.|7. Located in a small alley (taxi accessible) somehow like in Soul, Korea.|Cons|8. The short road in front of the hotel is under construction for now (not noisy) but should be finished in July-Aug then it will be a charming alley.|Overall pleasant stay. Recommended!...
