My hotel 24 - 65 Kim Mã — Hotel in Hà Nội

We stayed in A313. The bathroom has no ventilation and has therefore developed the ability to rain on you while you are in it. The "positive" is that this keeps the mold well watered. ||The shower literally has no drain and only entities by overflowing into the rest of the bathroom. This means there is always water trapped in the shower. If you're not going to drain it, do what everyone else does and don't have a separate shower. ||The room was tiny, which is fine, if advertised as such. It wasn't. The only window looked out onto the internal stairwell and didn't close well. Again, interior rooms are ok, of advertised as such. It wasn't. ||Situation when the hotel owner would even let people stay in this room is shocking. To go further and take advantage of guests who prepaid takes offensive behavior and makes...

Terrible excuse of a hotel, more like a prison cell. Staff are very kind I’ll give them that but rude and loud at same time I will come onto that last. The hotel stinks of mould, the decor is so shabby and run down. The rooms are pathetic the floor is all turfed up, the bed is like a rock, the places was disgusting, full of cockroaches, worst of all the location it’s situated in the middle of a very busy motorway like road, nothing at all around. And Hanoi town / old quarter is a half an hour taxi away. Save your money and life avoid this place. We where on the top floor right next to the staff room / living space. Two young lads who worked there every morning from 6am playing loud music, screaming, laughing, in and out of there room banging the door and just spoilt the whole thing we where not...

We began our 3 week trip at this hotel. After arriving from the airport early afternoon we were exhausted, hot and tired. Our room was cramped (small) with a king bed. Very little moving around room; but we were only sleeping there. Some spots of black mold from the AC condensation. The bathroom was clean; but small. The bed was actually not bad, considering most beds in Asia are very hard. The free breakfast wasn't good. Bad coffee; warm food, no buffet. Friendly staff; some what of a language barrier.
