Mai Chau Moment Spa & Resort — Hotel in Hoà Bình province

Firstly, I didn’t receive the right address so I dropped off at another hostel because there are a lot of „Moment“ hostels. There was no one until a nice lady called someone who then brought me to the right place. There, they also didn’t really seem prepared. The beds (mattresses) in the mixed dorm are directly on the floor. On mine were little worms and animals. The shower and bathroom looked so bad that I tried to avoid them. When I wanted to eat dinner, they first didn’t serve me and after 10‘ told me that they were fully booked and couldn’t serve me. I was extremely hungry at that point and I don’t really think there wouldn’t have been enough for one more person. At least the rice fields...

Unfortunately not satisfied with the service. They couldn't honor my reservation, they didn't see it or whatever. Mistakes happen, I don't mind that, but it's the way they handled it that deserves a 1 star review. They made a few phone calls and found me a room nearby, at another facility and the place was a downgrade, no shower, no soap, no towel, no sink, dirty and unwashed sheets!!! I would've prefered an apology and a cancelation of my booking, I was not in the middle of nowhere, there were other options close by. When the hotel makes a mistake, they're supposed to upgrade you, not downgrade and expect...

Unfortunately when we arrived they didn’t have our reservation and they couldn’t give us the room. The room was paid via Agoda time ago. Mistakes can happen and that’s fine, it’s the way it happened. I contacted the hotel asking for the transfer from Hanoi to Mai Chau and I asked how to reach the hotel after arriving to Mai Chau. They replied to me (as per photo with the address of another hotel ) but for some reason they didn’t find pertinent to share that the hotel was closed to customers. Apparently that info doesn’t...
