Sadly not a good experience overall, starts from when you check-in.The Hotel has one very small elevator and when a tour group arrives with luggage, and as the guest is responsible for transporting their luggage to their room, the last person may be waiting between 30 - 45 mins. at least. The room only had one bedside table, the safe, when we got it working, was not fixed and could be removed. The mattress was hard, pillow case stained, towel stained and dirty, basin plug blocked(took 2 days to repair) shower was luke warm at best. The breakfast was in a warm room, not much variety, and inexperienced staff cooking eggs etc. The hotel location was good, the reception staff pleasant and generally helpful, but overall, we could not...

The staff told us it is an upgrade and we don’t have to pay anything. Honestly it was a mixed experience. The room interior is a bit dated compared to the initial hotel we booked. The furniture mostly old wooden style. Our two luggage mostly covered the room floor space so we had very few spaces to walk in the room. The location is quite far from Ben Tanh market so we had to take Grab car a lot. The only upgrade that we were given is the complimentary breakfast during our stay. The staff was nice but overall I will be a bit hesitant to rebook Nicecy franchise hotel out of fear being...

The hosts were always super friendly. And the rooms were inexpensive though clean with plenty of room and good air con.
The only issues I had were the walls are paper thin and can hear everyone walking/banging around. Even in the floor above me. Also hot water was hit and miss.
In saying that, I had a good stay and would stay there again if needed. I would recommend it for...
