I recently checked into this hotel and endured a week of frustration. The initial room reeked, leaving me dizzy within minutes. After requesting a room change, I faced incessant noise from renovations every morning at 8 o'clock – the deafening buzz of electric drills becoming unbearable.
Adding to my dismay, the hotel staff's handling of issues was appalling. Despite paying 1,500,000 VND for laundry, they provided no receipt and damaged two recently purchased shirts. Retrieving proof of payment for the shirts was a half-hour ordeal. The staff initially promised full compensation but incessantly asked for discounts, offering flimsy reasons.
Their final proposal left me fuming – a 200,000 VND reduction or a 1 million VND compensation, but I had to leave the damaged clothes behind. The staff dismissed the damage, claiming slight fading didn't affect wearability. It felt like they viewed me as a nuisance rather than a customer, showing no genuine apology throughout the conversation.
Still staying at the hotel, I rejected cash compensation, demanding two new shirts. Although they bought a replacement, the color didn't match. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, the receptionist's indifferent "OMG" sealed my decision to retrieve my shirts and avoid further conversation.

Read moreI wish I could give this place zero stars. This hotel is a nightmare from the moment you step in. The rooms are absolutely pathetic – small, dirty, and no windows, making them feel like prison cells. It was suffocating and depressing. But the worst part? The lift wasn’t working, and we were put on the 10th floor. I had to climb all the way up carrying my son – not once, but multiple times during our stay. When I asked for help or at least a room on a lower floor, the staff were shockingly rude and completely unhelpful. They acted like they were doing us a favor by even talking to us. There’s no basic hospitality, no sense of responsibility, and certainly no service worth paying for. The place is a complete scam – unhygienic rooms, terrible staff, and broken facilities. Stay away from this place unless you want to ruin your trip. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone....
Read moreIf you'r first time visitor in HoChiMing, hotel have great location, all the most famoust touristic attractions are at walking distance. Also hundreds of bar and restaurants at walking distance.
Rooms are already lil bit "out of date". They have also rooms without windows, so carefully check while you booking. We didn't check details of our room and we ended up in very small room without window.. 🤷🏻♀️
Breakfast buffet doesn't have so many options and also if you came after 9 you can have only leftovers, they don't fill it up after certain time.. not ever water or juice. And the caffe was probably worst in my life, better go out for morning caffe.
However staff was ok, location great, I would recomend for budget travelers, first time visitors, for short stay. Overall it is cheap hotel, so for that money it...
