All Terrain Cycles Bright — Local services in Bright

Thank you Jules and Murray for a fantastic few days of mountain biking throughout beautiful Mystic Mountain. Jules and Murray were our local guides for our mountain bike school camp and provided students and staff with invaluable knowledge surrounding mountain biking technique and skills. They ensured all students were safe and supported with a keen observation of each individuals' skill level in order to effectively challenge, push, and support each student accordingly. The mountain bikes were unbelievable to ride and the tracks we explored were a stunning mix of scenic pine forest tracks, adventurous dirt bike tracks, luscious river side tracks and everything else in between. An experience similar to riding your own private outdoor rollercoaster in some extremely picturesque country. In addition, Jules and Murray always went out of their way to point out beautiful natural points of interest throughout our journey, including crystal clear rivers, aerial view lookouts, and even an old gold mine tunnel. Great customer service at a reasonable price. We were in Beechworth and Bright riding the rail trails when my pedal sheared straight out of the crank on a Friday afternoon. I Rang a hand full of bike stores in Beechworth and Bright none were interested in assisting all they wanted to offer was for me to hire a bike for the weekend ahead. Then I rang All Trrain Cycles Bright. Liz answered the phone and was immediately interested in assisting me with my problem suggesting I attend their store on Saturday morning as they had a mechanic on duty. I attended their store upon opening at 9am was created by Mark the bike technician he immediately offered a couple of solutions and by 11am i was back on the road for the rest of the weekend. In future we will also book our bikes in for service with All Terrain bikes Bright before our holiday as they are $100-$150 cheaper than Sydney bike stores for servicing. Thanks guys

The other morning, I noticed my bike was difficult to ride, so I called All Terrain for help. They were incredibly accommodating, fitting me in that same afternoon to drop off my bike for inspection.

The staff were all lovely, especially one young lady (I wish I had caught her name). She went above and beyond, sharing valuable advice on what to look for in a kids’ mountain bike with gears, as I mentioned I was starting to shop around. Her passion for bikes and helping others was obvious and much appreciated.

From my call at 9:30 AM to dropping off my bike and having it ready for pickup by 12:30 PM, the service was impressively fast. The issue turned out to be a brake cable that needed replacing, and the total cost was just $54—a very reasonable price, especially considering the short notice and quick turnaround.

I highly recommend All Terrain for their exceptional service and expertise!
