⭐ STUNNING ARCHITECTURE, BUT BRING A GOLD MINE (AND THICK SKIN)! ⭐ If you are looking for a place to snap some gorgeous photos of modern design, this is it. But if you are looking to actually, you know, shop without being a billionaire? You might want to keep walking! Here is the honest truth about this high-end spot. 👇
Sparkling Clean: I have to give credit where it’s due—the maintenance and cleanliness are 10/10. It’s spotless and very well-kept. 🧼💎
Luxury Vibe: If you want to feel like you’re in a high-fashion movie set, the atmosphere definitely delivers that "ultra-luxury" look.
The "Real Talk" (Critique): Okay, let’s get real: this place is NOT for the general public. 🚫 People, we are talking about the world’s most expensive brands. Unless your budget is unlimited, you probably won't be buying much here. I’m all for luxury, but if you aren't "super-rich," don't waste your time trying to shop here. 💸📉
But the real issue? The staff attitude. 😶 Honestly, it was so weird. We walked into a couple of stores and the employees gave us that "What are you even doing here?" look. 🤨 It felt super unwelcoming and, frankly, pretty snobby. Management desperately needs to train their staff in basic hospitality. Just because a store is expensive doesn't mean the service should be unpleasant! 🙅♂️half-baked vibes.
Final Verdict: WOULD I GO BACK? ONLY FOR THE PHOTOS. 📸 It’s a beautiful place to walk through and admire the architecture, but the "exclusive" and unfriendly vibe from the staff makes it a one-time visit for me. If you’re not looking to drop a fortune, save your time and go somewhere more welcoming! ⭐️⭐️
Stay savvy and don't let the snobs get you down! 🌍✈️ Your American...
Read moreHi #ΔRΔBICΔ, I visited you today right after lunchtime for the 2nd time and was pretty disappointed in regard to the service. I ordered Spanish Latte, queuing as the 3rd order number. When my coffee was ready, there were two hot, tall-size Spanish Latte cups and a lady having 2nd order number answered when a male service staff asked if she ordered two that "I ordered only one." Then, he turned to me waiting at the pick-up counter and I said "Yes, it was mine." Surprisingly, he asked me for my receipt checking whether I really ordered this Spanish Latte but he never asked the lady for it. When the coffees were ready for the 1st order, a female service staff called out for the order number and the owner said it was mine — this is the proper announcement in place. I was also called out for the order number during my first visit 9 days ago—on the 9th. My office is also located in Vattanac Tower; I'm on my daily casual work attire, and this really made me [sigh] pretty disappointed [sic]. Moreover, when I sipped my Spanish Latte, "Oh, s**t! It was sweet." said to myself. It was feeling like having normal sugar level, and I thought maybe this Spanish Latte type might come with sweet taste [or something] as I did not ask for no sugar, neither I was asked if I wanted sugar, as I normally thought the sugar would never be added for such hot coffee—Cappuccino, Latte, Americano or Espresso. On the second thought, if this Spanish Latte is the same as others, then my Spanish Latte should have been made for the 2nd order, then she could've taken mine, i.e. no sugar at all. Well, I hope such service could be improved so that more customers will be...
Read moreThis is the biggest shock i had sofar in phnom penh. This is what money can buy and keep up? This can not be economical feasible. The only place/ shop that was not suprised to see somebody walking true the mall were the people at Eric Kayser, the rest were all hiding and playing on there phones. All personal was boring. Why do we do that to people? The cost of cooling this mall down for one day, can provide any average small rural town in cambodia for 1 month of electricity. The good thing is a lot of people find employment but with very boring jobs. As a sales person you want to sell, dont you? I did not feel to safe either, i get that feeling when there are to many security people keeping an eye on the place. This is the first mall i have been to in the whole world that had more people working than people shopping. And this on saturday afternoon. Including my coffee at eric kayser i spend here an hour, maybe 20 people walking around. Unless you need something really expensive, apple-stuff or a coffee at Eric Kayser i can not recommend to visit this place. I will be back for more flabergasting experience and a my espresso. Oh yeah last thing dont follow the signs for the toilet on the second floor, you might pee in your pants because after a long walk you find a fake door next to the toilet signs but no toilets. Maybe a hint for maintenance and management cover these signs or...
