Myself and my daughter were in your store Sunday March 20th. We were both getting upgrades to our phones. The customer service we received from both staff members was awesome. Even though they were understaffed and very busy they were both very pleasant and professional. They took the time to look after us and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. As busy as it was I never felt rushed and I walked out a very happy customer. Justin took very good care of me and made sure I got a good pkg. Unfortunately I never got the girls name but I think they should both be commened for a job well done. I worked in the retail industry for 18yrs and know how quick people are to complain and not so quick to compliment when a job is well done so thank you very much!
Their customer service is atrocious. When I first joined up with them I got a student rate of ~$60/month. The bell store people stated I would have this for a year, and would need to re apply in one year. 8 months later I was charged ~$110 per month for the remaining 4 months, and told that I would be able to apply for the student rate in September. Now they refuse to give me the student rate any new customer can get.
I then called to end my internet with them starting oct 1, and after a rather condescending phone Call, i was disconnected from the internet. It took 3 hrs and many incompetent employees to fix this problem.
This is the level of customer service you can expect if you go to bell.
Purchased a Samsung Galaxy 8 classic lte watch. The account was not setup correct, watch does not have a mobile plan on the device and 13 hours of calls and noone seems to be able to fix the issue. The watch was purchased 3 days ago and unusable. I am now in my home province and am told you can only return bell products at the location it was purchased from, unacceptable and not noted anywhere. The store rep rushed through the setup and encountered so many issues during the setup.
During the multiple calls to bell, inconsistant information was shared regarding what plan was needed and the shared data. No notes were taken despite us being told they were, cold transfers, just horrible service.
