Clover Crossing Liquor Store — Local services in Surrey

THE WORST customer service! I had ordered a flat of beer to this store from a craft brewery that is not local. everything was good to go on the brewery side and the shipment had been sent out to Clover Crossing. they said it could take about a week to arrive there. I drove 40mins away from my home out to the store to check if it had arrived about a week and half after (as their phone rings and goes straight to an automatic info prompt when you try to call them...) it did not arrive yet. I asked the man working for a manager's email and phone number so I can contact them to check on the status of the shipment. the manager's name is Breanna. I sent her an email a few days later, no response. a week later I sent another email as I never got a response the first time. she finally rudely responded with basically that she doesn't have time to check the shipment status on just one flat of beer...I then responded asking if there is someone else that could help update me on the status of it as it's rather far from where I live to keep driving out to check. no response again

this was supposed to be a special gift to my husband that I ordered in and I'm seriously upset with how this was all handled.

long story short, I never got the flat of beer that I ordered and sure as hell will never buy anything at this store...

Stuff is constantly being moved around, which is frustrating as a costumer. The staff is always more than happy to help me find what I'm looking for, but you can sense the frustration, because something has been moved again. When you walk in the environment can be off if the manger is working. She makes passive aggressive comments to her co-workers, which makes it uncomfortable for everyone...

Well stocked store but is more expensive than most other liquor retailers. More often than not, the price on the shelf is lower than the price at the register. I know tax and deposit are extra on top of the shelf price but were talking like $5.00-$7.00 difference. I also think that we shouldn't be prompted for a tip when paying by card when us customers are self serving...
