Terrible experience - will NEVER return. I have gone here to get my nails done several times and enjoyed the quality. I decided to get a lash lift with them. They had to call someone in “on-call” to come serve me. I asked many questions at the beginning that were answered but in a very rushed and pushed off way. “It’s fine it’s fine. Water on eyes is fine. All good” The majority of the time my eyes were burning, which was expected to be according to research but I knew it wasn’t normal and said something. The employee claimed to have done something about it but nothing changed. My friend sat and watched the whole time, so someone else was there watching this. She told me she could take off the perm and start again but I told her no because I did not what a larger lift. Instead she put a second layer on. I voiced my concern but she said it was fine. Obviously I trusted her because she is the professional and this was my first time. Once the treatment was complete and I looked at the results, I was very unhappy. My eyelashes were straight up (which isn’t natural- WHICH I ASKED FOR) and touching my lid. I asked her to help them go down (which I didn’t know what procedures this would include) and all she did was brush them a little and tell me they would go down naturally. All of this is true according to research but there are ways to do the opposite of the perming to make the lashes fall more. I spent the entire 8 hours following googling what not to do for a lash lift and doing them to try and make them go down before my university grad the next day. It’s been 4 days and no change has happened. The employee did NOT follow what was asked of her, made me feel stupid, and had no respect for me or my lashes. The end result was terrible and even when asked to fix, she did nothing. My lashes are still straight up, curling, and crusty feeling. I’ve been putting coconut oil on them everyday to try and soften them. I will never return to a place that has no experience and does not follow the clients requests.

FOLLOW UP ON THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: This company reached out to me via Facebook messenger apologizing for the horrible experience. They ensured they spoke with the technician and want to offer me a full reimbursement. This was a week ago. I followed up the following day with a facebook message back asking how they would like to reimburse me. No response. I sent an email three days later. No response. This morning I called and spoke with someone about the situation and reimbursement. She was INCREDIBLY rude. Completely broken english, not listening to anything I was saying. Kept asking me to come in tomorrow for a nail appointment. Pushing me off the phone. After explaining to her several times that HER company offered me a reimbursement and reached out to me, she stopped talking to me all together and began talking to clients in front of her. I told her it was super disrespectful to cut off a client on the phone, and she made it clear her clients in front of her were more important. "I have clients here for nails they need to be helped-" NO! She didn't even ask me to hold on before speaking to those clients. I told her that she completely wasted my time and disrespected me. I will never EVER come back here. If they have the audacity to reach out to me, offer my money back and then treat me even worse than the first time- this company should not be operating. Worse customer service i've ever seen. And i work in customer service. My lashes are completely destroyed from the hack job this company did and it will take me months and months to fix this. This place is horrible. Do not waste any time with people and...

I’ve gone to this salon multiple times and usually had a good experience. This time around though, my appointment started late and on top of that my service (gel polish change) took almost 1 hour and 45 minutes. Mind you; I didn’t even have a manicure! It was a simple gel polish change.

The way my nails were filed, no nail looked like the one next to it. On top of that, the old gel wasn’t removed well so my nail ended up looking bumpy. Also, I chose white polish which is definitely a hard color to work with but the resulting polish ended up looking uneven, bumpy and my cuticles were also painted which the lady (which I won’t name - out of respect) tried to take off multiple times via a brush and acetone OR at the end via the nail file which hurt my cuticles and caused damage. My friend was there with me watching the whole process and we were both astounded.

At the end of the service I got restless and I asked to have the top coat added so I could leave. The response initially was for me to pay and come back the next day or week to get my nails fixed which I refused as I had already lost time and money sitting through this bad service.

I will never come back to this salon again. I get it that sometimes people can have bad days and not be on top of things, but attitude is everything and I was very patient and still tried to keep a smile until the end of the service where I just couldn’t take it anymore but both the lady applying the polish and the owner made me argue with them in order to own up to their faults which is not the type of service anyone...

I had booked an appointment for a Spa Pedicure and full set of gel nails for me and my daughter. Here is a list of reasons for the bad review: Arrived on time but were kept waiting for 30+ minutes. Massage chairs stopped working after 5 minutes of being seated. Told a couple of the girls working there but they didn't comprehend us saying that they may need to reset the breaker. Much later, who I presume was the owner managed to fix my daughters which was good because her chair was set in an uncomfortable position where she was leaning forward. The paraffin wax was very hot and scalding, I've had paraffin many times and never had it so hot. part way through the pedicure they told us that we didn't book a full set of gells but a manicure with Shellac and I said that is impossible as I would never have booked that and a full set of gels sounds nothing like a manicure with shellac. They said they didn't have enough technicians for gel nails but we could get a manicure with shellac again. We declined and chose to only get the pedi. They had clearly overbooked and there were several people who were kept waiting for a long time. They all had appointments and they were all on time.

In the end, they did a nice job on our feet, but the experience wasn't as relaxing and enjoyable as I am used to receiving at other salon's. I will not go back and I would not recommend this place...
