My husband and I went for a ride on our harley from hamilton to st.Jacob's about 7 years ago.we stopped in to browse in home hardware.oh my I was so amazed they had a furniture dpt. Upstairs.my name is Julianna so I get called julia and julie.we went upstairs oh my I fell in love I saw a retro material poke a dot recliner with wooden arms.I was drawn to it.my husband sat in it and lhad a smarty pants laugh ,he said it was comfortable & too bad we were on the bike,I couldn't get it.I looked at the price tag and blessings all the way it's name was julia .ha ha wrong to laugh at wife must laugh with wife has ha.we went home this was a saturday..I went to work Monday early.I looked up home hardware # and called left a message for them to call when they opened.I asked him if I gave him my visa could they deliver my julia chair to their home hardware in hamilton which is close to my house so I could pick it up there.he was so kind said he would deliver to my home.my blessings I was at work ,my husband laughed with me this time when I got home from work .he stole my chair I love home hardware and furniture and there services...
Read moreStarted off as a great experience , purchased a sectional couch months before picking it up as we were moving .
Months go by and we pick up our couch , it was an absolute hassle to get into our place , we had to take apart doors and windows to get it in .( we know it’s our responsibility to ensure couch dimensions will fit) . After a few hours , we got it in , upon opening we were shocked to see it was the totally wrong colour !!! We were unimpressed as the company had months to ensure order was correct .
We had reached out to a representative at the company regarding the mistake , we received a quick reply stating they would get back to us first thing Monday morning to ensure we are taken care of… after not receiving any reply back for a couple days , we followed up & still haven’t received no email back as it’s been over a week now .

Read morePurchased a sectional less than 2 years ago. It is completely ruined. Fabric is terrible. The cushions do not stay on the couch at all. I looks absolutely disgusting but I cannot afford a new couch since we paid a pretty price for this one. My husband emailed them pictures of the fabric and the reply we got was the price to replace the throw pillows ..... and they indicated to replace the cushions was more expensive but did not list the price. Hmmmm I wonder why?!?! Perhaps because they know themselves that the replacement cost would be ridiculous.
