Too bad , too sad, just a RED FLAG
The only bad side of Prague, is this visit to the Salvatore. When we entered the door the manager (unhappy woman) did see us but didn’t bothered to look. And when we asked her some questions, she answered rudely. When we asked to see some scarfs, she -DISTRUPTINGLY- showed us. But when my mother touched the scarf, the maneger immediately took it away, and behaved like we are some kind of shoplifters.
If the store owner don’t want anything to be sold, manager is very good at creating hate toward herself.

It is also hard to communicate in English which is unfortunate as this is Salvatore Ferragamo in a very touristy area of Prague. When you ask about price or tax refund or anything they make it seem like you’re bothering them by asking questions and they go back to whatever they are doing (organizing shoes, cleaning bags, etc). We were looking at belts for a good 30 mins and she didn’t bother asking what size, design etc we were looking for. Best part- while paying I requested to pay some in cash as it’s our last day, and the SA sighed and muttered under her breath. Just terrible...
