CAKE Kolonaki — Local services in Athens

BEWARE if you don't want a big amount of money to be wasted and you left unsatisfied and hungry. For a shop that specializes in cakes the price should match the quality, unfortunately I spent 16 euros for nothing as both cakes that I tried were filled and decorated with a cream that tasted like straight up sweet BUTTER, no other flavor. They were too sweet even for a sweet lover (which tells you all you need to know) and had to be thrown out as nobody could force themselves to eat them even if we felt awful abt throwing 16euro in the trash. The brownie that I tried was also nothing special in terms of quality and taste, same with the ice cream. I would not recommend this shop if you love cakes or are simply looking for something sweet, I wish I could say there was something redeeming about the cakes but it seems that I got fooled due to their suspiciously high reviews and nice...

This place is amazing! I had to order a cake for my mom’s birthday as we were going to spend it in Athens and I was worried there would be problems. I ordered a New York Cheesecake very easily through gmail. As soon as I got there, the man was one of the kindest I’ve met, very generous and welcoming. My friends and I were visiting Athens and one of us had a birthday to celebrate, so we ordered a cake from CAKE Kolonaki. We were recommended carrot cake, chocolate cake and velvet cake. We went for the velvet cake, 2 kg for 45 euros - personally this was the best cake I ever had. It was very-very delicious.

Note that they can write on the cake and deliver it as well to a desired address. We picked it up ourselves, so I don't know no idea whether the delivery is free or...
