WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I would give 0 stars if that option exists. My last purchase was around rupees 6000. A palazzo set worth rupees 4000 was unfit for me and I also found some dirt in the pant when I got it home. And I must say that there is no trial room at all!!!. So the next day I called them to ask whether I could exchange the item. They replied with yes. When I just reached the showroom for the exchange they refused like hell. And they spoke to me very rudely. They told me that I must have tried it before I bought. I told them there is no trail room and it is common buying the wrong size mistakenly and their reply for that was you must have put the dress above your dress to check the size. In front of everyone? See how WORST they are!!. I waited for 3 hours there they didn't even show mercy towards the customer. Their behaviour was completely disrespectful and arrogant and I don't know whether anyone could behave like this to any customer. Don't ever go there!!

I would even give a MINUS5 star to this shop.i ordered a suit online and it was delivered.It was a bright orange color suit.When i received the product,It was totally faded and damaged,Seemed like a very old stock with tears around the corner and dark dust patches..When i called them and sent them the picture of the received one,they spoke so rude.I would even accept his rudeness. What that manager said was that i had bought a similar suit somewhere else,washed ad used it.How wicked ! The worst every shop i had bought.They never accepted to exchange or refund.They even blocked my number in call and whatsapp.I just have to tel you this,all the money that you earn cheating this way is going to hell ! if there is any customer reading this,plz let everyone know,because probably the admin will delete my comment.

Worst experience ever

Really had a bad experience totally disappointed!!Havent seen such behaviour of the sales man and the girls there..Purchased a party wear for 3000 but they gave me XL size didn’t allow me to trail…this was their mistake..they also altered it to L size ..but didn’t fit me properly…i asked for exchange they didn’t respond properly made us to stand fr 4 long hours in rain.I also went the nxt day fr exchange to talk to the manager but couldn’t meet him..they then gave me L size which also didn’t fit me. My kind advice is to purchase dress only after having a trail ..Dont get cheated people!!
