Unfortunately, the experience of visiting this store was not the best. The sales consultant misled me by saying that the price of the Da Vinci brush I wanted to buy was 305.000 IDR, when in reality the price was 605.000. I only discovered this at home when I saw the cash receipt. (My husband and I bought other items as well, so we didn't notice that the price was different from what we were told). Unfortunately, the quality of that brush turned out to be terrible, it does not hold its shape, although it seems to be a kolinsky brush, as it is written on it. The quality is worse than cheap squirrel brushes. Not sure if this is an original Da Vinci brush. In general, I do not think that I will become a regular customer...

Terrible Experience with Artland Bali

I had a dreadful experience with Artland Bali. Their customer service was appalling, and I strongly advise against buying from them. The machine I purchased broke after only three hours of use, putting my house at risk. They initially blamed me for the issue and refused to refund or offer an alternative. After a month of waiting, they claimed the machine was repaired and insisted I take it back instead of providing a refund or voucher. I'm extremely disappointed and would recommend Bali Art Media for better quality. Avoid Artland Bali...
