I recently had a disappointing experience when trying to get a wheelchair for my Nana. Initially, I was informed that a wheelchair was available, but upon entering the store, I was told otherwise. This resulted in my Nana having to walk more than she should have, leading to her injury. When I asked to speak with a manager, they confirmed that a wheelchair was indeed available and directed me to go downstairs to retrieve it. However, once I went downstairs, I was informed that I couldn't re-enter the store due to a single-entry policy, leaving my Nana inside without assistance. Eventually, they allowed her to use the wheelchair, but only within the store premises, meaning she would still have to walk a significant distance back to the car. I had to insist that if they didn't provide a wheelchair to assist her to the car park, we would need to call an ambulance as she was unable to move. After purchasing items worth over 1000k, we were shocked when the cashier rejected our Apple Pay payment in a very unprofessional manner. The staffâa lady and a guyâwere extremely rude, looking at us as if we were doing something wrong just for wanting to pay with a standard cashless method.
Whatâs even more frustrating is that throughout our time in Bali, even the smallest local shops accepted Apple Pay without any issue. Yet, this store made us feel unwelcome and embarrassed, treating us as if we were criminals just for using a globally accepted payment method.
If they donât accept Apple Pay, they should clearly inform customers beforehand instead of making them go through a frustrating checkout experience. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend this place based on their terrible service...
   Read moreI visited Transmart recently and while there were some positives, there were also some issues that need to be addressed. Firstly, the staff were unresponsive and not very helpful when I had questions about certain products. Additionally, the store itself wasn't very clean and there were some areas that looked like they could use a good cleaning. On the positive side, there were some good deals available and the store had a decent selection of products. However, the unresponsive staff and lack of cleanliness were major drawbacks that impacted my overall experience. While I might consider visiting Transmart again if I'm in the area and in need of specific products, I would hope to see improvements in the areas of staff responsiveness and store cleanliness...
