Drupadi Beauty Salon and Spa — Local services in Kuta

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have NEVER had a worse experience at a hair salon. I came for a wash, dry, and style. The wash was fine but as soon as it got to the drying part the “hairdresser” doesn’t use any protectant, or any oil or any leave in conditioner of any type and Bali water is already drying of our hair. She did not blow dry as a hairstylist would, she just blew my hair all around randomly and knotted it up and then proceeded to brush it aggressively ripping my hair and causing a ton of breakage… she even tried to style my hair while it was still wet after telling her twice it’s still wet. I told her to stop and I went home crying and just styled it myself. I wish I just washed it myself but I was doing this out of convenience since I was going out but I didn’t even end up going out as she ruined my entire night by destroying my beautiful long blonde hair… now it’s broken off all over and dry as hay when I have naturally nice hair normally… and you might think I’m being dramatic but I’ve never wrote a bad review in my life check...

I found this Spa and it really is a hidden gem. I received a Physio style treatment from Koko. Hands down the best treatment I have ever received not only in Bali but also in Australia. Koko relieved my sore neck in one treatment, I am so grateful as I had been in pain for months. Can’t thank you enough ♥️ I highly recommend this spa,the staff is friendly and the girls give a good massage. I will return for a massage everyday...
