Villa Mint Seminyak — Local services in Kuta

These days, you can't often rely on the pictures that appear on booking platforms ... but - Villa Mint has taught me better. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures.

You step inside and immediately feel at home. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, the 3 bedrooms, the dining area and the living room are to the left and right of the pool. At the head the lovingly built bale of bamboo, with a roof of alang-alang ... perfect for escaping the hot sun for a bit, if that's what you want.

The bedrooms are spacious, the beds fantastic - you don't want to get up in the morning 😉 The bathrooms are beautifully furnished and all have rain showers.

But what really makes this beautiful place are those many small, loving details that can be found everywhere. You can see that the owner has really put his heart and soul into it.

What is also really worth mentioning is that the villa is located at the end of a quiet lane, but not even a minute away from bustling Seminyak with all its restaurants, cafes and shops. You wouldn't believe how quiet it is there. It's a shame that I only discovered this villa now, so I could only spend my last night there before flying home. But, one thing is for sure - I will...

Villa Mint exceeded all our expectations and was a perfect choice for our family holiday. This was our first trip to Bali with our three children (ages 5, 9, and 11), and from the moment we arrived-despite a delayed flight and late check-in, the experience was seamless. Indra provided clear, detailed instructions on how to access the villa, down to practical details like light switches, making it feel as though we had stayed there before. Having visited Bali for over 16 years and experienced numerous villas across the island, this has easily become one of our favourites. I initially had reservations about the open-air living area not being air-conditioned, but it turned out to be one of the highlights! Naturally cool, comfortable, and perfect for both relaxing and family time. The kids absolutely loved it. The location is also exceptional, with every convenience and a wide range of establishments just a short walk away. Indra's communication, both before and during our stay was prompt, helpful, and made everything incredibly easy. For our family, Villa Mint was an absolute 10/10. We look forward to returning...

Villa Mint is perfectly positioned, close to everything but down a very quiet lane. You cannot hear traffic at all which is amazing for this area. The pictures are accurate and the villa is beautifully set out and clean, both inside and out. The pool is very clean and the garden is heaven, particularly at night, lying in the bale under the fan, with beautiful lights throughout the garden. We felt very secure and safe throughout our stay. The host is highly responsive and dealt with the few small issues we had during our stay very quickly.

Local area: Frankie’s around the corner on Jl Arjuna is a great place to eat with live music and fabulous staff. Ate there heaps and it is very safe and clean. BB’s Bar and Grill was a fun night with live music (still child friendly). Yamma Yaa has amazing pasta though on the smaller side for the price. Machinery Coffee was a good breakfast Adhi Laundry is in the same lane way and is very cheap. Our clothes have never been so neatly folded in their existence.

Couldn’t ask for more in a villa.
